We sent documents to the client on the 6th by mail and by email We stressed to client that we needed a response and documents returned quickly Client admitted that the computer was broken and that is why they had not responded They admitted that they were scared because the bank called them saying they did not know who we were but we can also prove we emailed and mailed the bank for the client We are in direct communication with the client and working to resolve these issues It is difficult when the client doesn't respond to us or return paperwork as neededThere has been severe weather in our area also over the last several weeks and last week we were out of power for a day and a half Travel was difficult If the client tried to reach us they may have experienced some difficulties during those daysAs stated we are now in communication with the client and working to resolve the issues

Forghany Law, P.C. fulfilled the complete contractual terms of the agreement with the stated client with regards to complaint number [redacted] .The client hired us to perform a task and we performed the service to completion and beyond! The issue with the type of work the client hired us... for is that there are no guarantees and we state that from the beginning and its clearly in bold in the contract in multiple places. Not every case results in a positive result. That being stated there were problems with the case that revolved around the clients participation. We did have several months where the client was NOT reachable, in addition there were multiple months we had payment issues from the client. The documents we requested were not received by the client until after three months of back and forth with the client and we were finally able to attempt again in August. Unfortunately, our second attempt did not work out in the clients favor. We went above and beyond to try to help the client and it just did not work out. We do not know how the cases will turn out. It’s upsetting to work as long as we did on the case only to experience this result. We want all clients to obtain success. Every client is given a copy of the contract and should reread the contract. Page 8 details the billing procedures. We did try to reach out to you... and resolve this matter. As a business we can't always please everyone. We try to work with every individual based on their circumstances. This is not an every day occurrence for us as evidenced by our positive reviews on the BBB. We have reached out to you previously and are willing to still work on your case should you reach out to us and pay the remainder of your fee as we do not perform pro-bono bankruptcies. Please feel free to reach out to Dan at the law firm and we can continue where we left off and get you the fresh start that you need.

We are responding to the complaint of *** * ***. Complaint # ***The client had complained when someone had failed to make contact with them for days. We were able to make contact with the client and they had declared that they would remove this complaint from the file of
the Revdex.com. They seem extremely happy with our services. The client had a misunderstanding and that is why they filed this complaint. The fear they had was based on someone else and had nothing to do with the case. Regardless the client is satisfied and happy with our performance and we hope they did follow through with their statement of trying to remove this complaint from Revdex.com files. they stop paying. It would be very odd for someone to keep paying a monthly fee for a service they didn't like. Also, Attorney Client privilege prevents us from discussing this case in further detail. We honor the privacy of our clients.
