? ? ? ? ? TK Gaming had called our company to come inspect a forklift they were purchasingPaul meet with the Mr*** at time of purchase and discussed what needed to be doneMr*** told Paul to do the tune up, complete maintenance, power steering and to fix any
other leaks that he might find for the fact that it is a new building and he could not have any leaks, plus he would be out of town at the time of repairPaul told the Mr*** this would cost about $for the things discussedWe set them an appointment, went out there and found that both tilt cylinders were also leakingMr*** stated to fix any additional leaks that were found so that was added to the billThe job was completed with no problems ? ? ? ? ? The following week *** ***? called and said she had noticed a small spot on the floor from a leak and that it is the same leak we fixed and we need to get over there to fix it.? We had sent a technician over there to inspect the forkliftThe technician verified that it was not the same leak and double checked to make sure all hydraulic fittings were tightened and all the work we did was fine? ? ? ? The *** *** called Paul again the next after that and insisted that he go down there personallyPaul scheduled the appointmentOn the day of the appointment Paul was running minutes behind schedule so he called to let the customer knowThey were not happy and told him not to show up because they are going with plan B? ? ? ? ? We had made multiple efforts to make them happy but at this point *** is being very unreasonable and unprofessionalThis customer is obviously way over exaggerating about calling over and over and having over no shows and then several more So, I guess in her mind it’s OK to lie! *** states in her complaint that the "forklift is still leaking in exact same spot and still smoking" and "He did finally send one of his employees out but he couldn’t fix it"THE FORKLIFT WAS NEVER SMOKING TO BEGIN WITH AND THEREWAS NOTHING FOR THE EMPLOYEE TO FIX OUT SIDE THE WORK WE CHARGED FOR.? We understand that they are upset because they paid or maybe more for their forklift then had to put another $in to itBut this is the costOur forklift company should not have to pay because they are unhappy with what they had to spend on their forklift ? ? ? ? ? We did fix the repairs we charged this company for but the problem is that the wife thinks just because we repaired their forklift that it is our responsibility to fix any OTHER leaks that they find The refund that they are asking for is ridiculous because that work is not free ? Desired Settlement:? ? We will go back to TK Gaming upon their request for a 3rd time again to verify once more the work we did and show them the work we did and show them were the leak is coming free of charge

Paul told the Mr. [redacted] this would cost about $800.00 for the things discussed. We set them an appointment, went out there and found that both tilt cylinders were also leaking. Mr. [redacted] stated to fix any additional leaks that were found so that was added to the bill. They were not happy and told him not to show up because they are going with plan B.        We had made multiple efforts to make them happy but at this point [redacted] is being very unreasonable and unprofessional. This customer is obviously way over exaggerating about calling over and over and having over 8 no shows and then several more. So, I guess in her mind it’s OK to lie! [redacted] states in her complaint that the "forklift is still leaking in exact same spot and still smoking" and "He did finally send one of his employees out but he couldn’t fix it". THE FORKLIFT WAS NEVER SMOKING TO BEGIN WITH AND THEREWAS NOTHING FOR THE EMPLOYEE TO FIX OUT SIDE THE WORK WE CHARGED FOR.  We understand that they are upset because they paid 2500.00 or maybe more for their forklift then had to put another $1542.00 in to it. But this is the cost. Our forklift company should not have to pay because they are unhappy with what they had to spend on their forklift.        We did fix the repairs we charged this company for but the problem is that the wife thinks just because we repaired their forklift that it is our responsibility to fix any OTHER leaks that they find. The refund that they are asking for is ridiculous because that work is not free.   Desired Settlement:    We will go back to TK Gaming upon their request for a 3rd time again to verify once more the work we did and show them the work we did and show them were the leak is coming free of charge.
