To whom it may concern, I have attached a copy of the original invoice where the client accepted and sign an agreement that we both agreed on the we were not going to refund any money unless her wedding date was booked with another clientAs our invoice states in the bottom, "DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS ARE NON REFUNDABLE OR TRANSFERABLE"I went ahead and even offered a credit for the for the next years as it is also stated on the body of the invoiceThe client agreed and we both signed the invoiceAs for her saying that she did not know that we do not give refunds, when the employee documented everything on the lap top at the original time of booking, she had the client view and agree on the orderThe first time she came into the office, the client stated that she had completely cancelled her wedding and wanted her full deposit backThis is when I offered to give her credit in flowers and rentals for the next yearsI normally do not offer this option, but the client was very hostile in my office for over an hourI just wanted to be fair with her and be able to settle the dispute in a professional mannerTo this date I had not book her date, which I did agreed that If I did, I would give her the money backShe called us on October 8th, to ask if her date had been booked as of yetI advised her that we had not booked the dateShe refused to believe me and became hostile again, for over minutes on the phoneI will be more than willing to show you my calendar and show you that her wedding date is still openI believe that I am being fair and professional in offering her the credit for future use of the deposit of the No other business would even offer thatPlease let me know if I can be of any additional assistance

To whom it may concern,

I have attached a copy of the original invoice where the client accepted and sign an agreement that we both agreed on the we were not going to refund any money unless her wedding date was booked with another client. As our invoice states in the bottom,...

"DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS ARE NON REFUNDABLE OR TRANSFERABLE". I went ahead and even offered a credit for the 180.00 for the next 2 years as it is also stated on the body of the invoice. The client agreed and we both signed the invoice. As for her saying that she did not know that we do not give refunds, when the employee documented everything on the lap top at the original time of booking, she had the client view and agree on the order. The first time she came into the office, the client stated that she had completely cancelled her wedding and wanted her full deposit back. This is when I offered to give her credit in flowers and rentals for the next 2 years. I normally do not offer this option, but the client was very hostile in my office for over an hour. I just wanted to be fair with her and be able to settle the dispute in a professional manner. To this date I had not book her date, which I did agreed that If I did, I would give her the money back. She called us on October 8th, to ask if her date had been booked as of yet. I advised her that we had not booked the date. She refused to believe me and became hostile again, for over 20 minutes on the phone. I will be more than willing to show you my calendar and show you that her wedding date is still open. I believe that I am being fair and professional in offering her the credit for future use of the deposit of the 180.00. No other business would even offer that. Please let me know if I can be of any additional assistance.
