I am rejecting this response because:
First of all the repair that was done was unauthorized, the technician put the part in without giving me an estimateSecond, the first I used the machine after the repair was Monday 5/4/following that Saturday 5/2/repair It still wasn't fixed I was not in the room when the technician tested the washer, he told me it was fixed, I trusted him I feel that the repair they did wasn't even needed They supposedly replaced a part, but I have no evidence of that, they never gave me the old oneNow they come back and tell me its the motor, if that is so that should have been diagnosed on 5/2/15, and I should have been given a truthful diagnosis and estimate of repair on the washer
