This is a perfect example of poor business practice on their part. I did get measured however, a measurement should not cost over $100. At no time did I receive a service that would warrant a charge from this business. I have been measured multiple times from different companies for tux's and have never been charged for a measurement. Typically being measured is a complimentary service that every formal shop in the world that I have been to does. In reference to a "special order" reserving a tux at 5 pm on a Thursday and then canceling it the next day (Friday) at 8 am. Within the 30 day period we should be granted a refund per their contract. Also, Formal Affairs took far to long to respond to any correspondence either with me or the Revdex.com. They never responded to any correspondence with myself. Clearly they are not concerned with maintaining a positive rapport with customers or the Revdex.com. Take a look at their yelp reviews. If I was the only person who had a negative experience I would take it at face value. I am clearly not the only one.

did not know the wedding party canceled all orders, he went to the shop to pick up the tuxedo. The company did everything possible to get a tuxedo for him even though it was canceled, and he received a tuxedo with their efforts.

First off, the order was cancelled for lack of service, not due to a wedding cancellation. I attempted to obtain a refund in July as described in my initial complaint.
I live in Lafayette Louisiana, and picked up a tux from [redacted] in South Bend on Aug 13. I can provide documentation as proof.
At no time did I go to the subject Elkhart, IN shop as stated in their response, nor get a tux from them by any other means.
They still have my money and no services provided.
