Mistreatment of Disabled
I have a concerns that need to be address. I am handicap and I asked the employees was there a wheelchair in the store. The guard told me no so what I did was request for a chair so I can carry the chair around the store for her convivence. At the end of the shopping I asked the employees that were sitting on the counter behind the register can they please put in a request to the store manager about getting a few wheelchairs or motorized chairs for disabled people. The lady with the locs said I cant that's not our choice that's corporate choice and the of other two ladies were giggling about it. (they didn't have on name tags) so I am unable to identify them by name. At the register I asked the cashier for store manager name and email. She then yelled it out for someone else to provide it to me. Then Nani I guess she was the manager on the shift gave me a number for corporate with the store manger name (Amiracle) and stated that no one communicates with email.
As I was leaving the store the I was putting the chair back and the lady with the locs in her head so where is she going with the chair so I addressed her while the other ladies were amused by her . She requested to go on break after sitting on the counter the entire time. She then followed me out the store. She hopped in a black small car with license plate EHG 8405 driving passed me extra slow with her window down without the face mask to ensure I saw her with a smug look on her face.
My first concern is no assistance for the disabled.
My second concern is the mistreatment because I am disabled
My third concern is how I was handled as a customer inside the store
My fourth concern is the leadership in the store
My fifth concern is my safety as I was followed out the store and being bullied.
I will follow up with a compliant to the Southfield Police department.
I will also follow up with the ADA to make sure your compliance.
Also with BBB for a compliant.
My recommended solution is all but the manger get off work for 2 weeks with no pay and the manager should be demoted.

Upon attempting to return an item at the foreman mills location in lansing illinois I had a horrible experience with an employee at customer service that seemed to be very stressed out and frustrated, by the name of keva, in a very loud unprofessional voice she attempted to humiliate me,and belittle me, Please don't shop at the lansing location staff is very rude and ghetto! Its not worth it staff is ignorant and management doesn't seem to care! Who hires these people that act like savages! I contacted corporate office and shared my concern and they don't care eirher! I have not heard from corporate as of yet! Richard Foreman. What kins of a Ceo are you! Not a good one! Please ivest more time and money into this matter! Hire proffesional individuals that are able to perform great customer service!

Dear Richard Foreman you should be ashamed of yourself for having such poor customer service at your stores! Please invest more time hiring more professional employees that have great customer service skills!

Review: On the night of Monday, April 15, 2013 at approx 8:48 pm I attempted to make entry to the Forman Mills on [redacted]. The entry door had already been locked and secured 12 minutes prior to the closing of the store at 9:00 pm. I told the young man standing at the door that in the window they have posted that the store closes at 9:00 pm. He refused to allow me entry. I then called into the store and spoke with the manager on duty ([redacted]) at the time and asked her for the corporate number. She cooperated. I proceeded to ask her "considering the fact that you are the manager on duty, did you instruct you staff members to lock the doors 12 minutes early?" She replied "No, I did not"...hmmm, so she's the manager on duty and doesn't know what's going on in her store? I suppose it can't be any worst then her not displaying her name tag when she came to the door. What a great example she is setting. "[redacted]" asked me to come to the door and point out the young man, I did. His name was [redacted] (with his rude self). I also asked "[redacted]" for her surname for the sake of this report, she declined. Even at 8:59 I was still denied entry to this store. What excellent customer service practices they are exemplifying.

[redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like a WRITTEN apology from the young man, [redacted], the MOD, [redacted], and to verbally converse with the District and regional manager. I also don't think [redacted]'s tenure at Forman Mills should be extended considering that he was rude.
