im a disable person *** problems I went to customer service to change my clothes the lost prevention told me no I said I cant change my clothes I cant stand to long she lied and said I took tag off clothes no proof I ask her to give me proof she never did I called cops then she said get out of store the worker in plus size lied to her and said I took tag off. then loss pevention put her hands on my back and grabbed me and tried to handcuff me I said for what they never showed video in store it could of been any body all lies my shirt I brought had no tags this was a tag free shirt my name is at stake total harrasment my character is at stake im emotional drain hurt confused I no my rights innonence until guilty. no manager came to my help.

This customer comes in frequently and has been known to switch price tickets. On Tuesday, February , 2020, this customer was observed by a number of employees switching regular price tickets on merchandise with lower clearance price tickets. Her actions were also recorded on video camera. The cashier did not allow her to purchase a number of the items in her basket at checkout because of the incorrect price tickets that resulted from the customers’ actions. On Wednesday, February , 2020, this customer returned to the store and was once again observed removing regular price tickets and replacing them with lower clearance price tickets. Our Loss Prevention Manager approached the customer, identified herself as the loss prevention manager, and informed the customer that switching price tickets was not allowed and was illegal. The customer became irate and began yelling profane and derogatory insults to our store employees. The police were called. Someone identifying herself as the customer’s niece came into the store and informed the store employees that the customer suffers from dementia and apologized for her behavior. The customer continued to yell and threaten store employees. Store employees explained the situation to the police and the police told the customer she was not allowed back in the store. After the customer left the store the customer’s daughter came into the store to apologize for her mother’s behavior. Later that evening the customer’s sister came into the store to apologize for the customer’s behavior and informed the store employees that the customer has mental health issues.

Hello thus is *** I just read responsive from forman mills there lies I never got to change my shirt 30 day store policy lies I took tags off no proof I was profiled wrong called name accussed of takibg tags off never proved it was harrased by store lost prevention she touched me wrong and grabed my back im suing please call or text me back I want a lawyer ***.
