Review: My complaint regarding the company I purchased an engine block on Jan 21,2014. I notice that the cylinder had scratches. I via text and sent pictures of the item. I question [redacted] if this is the bore or hone? That was done? His reply was that yes we did a lite hone. I question [redacted] will these scores be fine cause their pretty deep.[redacted] reply on Jan 22 via email @9:05am Yes they are fine. We did a full inspection hone and lube last night but if you have any troubles let us know.After the installation and running the motor for 4 seconds the cylinder had the same scratches. Needless to say my vehicle did not work and I was schedule relocate to Colorado and my car had to be left behind.My Aunt [redacted] had the car towed to her home. Until I was able to come up with more money and have the car diagnosis so that I can have my car repair by Accel Import.On January 26,2014 my car was towed to Accel and diagnosis the amount of money that they wanted to charge me to repair was to expensive for me. Accel written notification indicated that the engine can not be rebuilt at this state. Cylinder walls have Scratch's and that other items needs to be repair.I called [redacted] and was told they would work with me in giving me a refund for the defected item.on March 14,2014 my aunt [redacted] I gave my aunt authorization to help in this matter since I now live in Colorado. She spoke with the owner who is [redacted] aka [redacted] on March 14,2014 @1:45pm. My aunt explained in detail and requested that half of the amount be credited. He refused to credit my account. [redacted] said take me to small claims.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my credit card credited for the half or whatever it will take to have this corrected. I'm seeking another company near my home to give me an a written quote on for the repairs if it is possible. If not I would like a full credit and I will return there item.Sincerely,Mr. [redacted]
