on January ** I walked into ford dealership to purchase a vechile. I was introduced to a salesperson by the name of [redacted]. I gave her my work ID and my Driver lincense. [redacted] came back and said that I had ALERTS on my credit report and that I couldnt pull out a vechile. At this piont I had forund this ODD because I paid for 2 vechiles befoere. and the last time I had check my credit my score was fair with no alerts. Being that I really needed the vechile because I moved and needed the vechile to commute to and from work I asked my mother to take out the vechile for me. in which she did. The salesperson [redacted] mentioned she can get me car insurance but I had to pay $500.00 cash in which I did. and she got my car insured. Now teh state farm agent callled me saying that the check bounce and the credit card was no good. I never attempted to pay this guy off at all and the sales agent at state farm siad it sounds to him that they scamed me. because he does not know who I was talking about. all that raised concerns and I decided to check my credit report. My credit report is still listed as fiar with no alerts on I need help. when I contacted [redacted] at City Ford she couldnt even give me a name to the person she claime she given my money to And I spoke to the general manger [redacted] and he claims he doesnt know whats going on. ive beeen calling these people backa nd fourth for quite some time now and nothng seems to happen
