men, and if the 2nd man is not needed we do not bill for him.  Our helpers are all well schooled, and the one on this project is an 8 year electrician, we call them helpers to give people a break on the pricing.  This man wanted wires fished in walls, which is extremely difficult for one man to do, and it was time efficient for the 2nd man to work.  They did inform this man that they would have to make holes in the garage to accomplish this task, which he told them to proceed, and that he would take care of that, as we do not do patching. His story makes no sense, as he informed me in a letter that he had an electrician that he was very happy with, which makes me wonder why we were even called in the 1st place.  Our men are very experienced, and I do not believe that they did not measure before drilling.  It was impossible to tell where all of the masonry products were in the wall.  We work for thousands of customers, and are the largest electrical service company in Bloomington, as well as in business for around 100 years.  We get such few complaints that this situation is extremely rare, and his claims unfounded.  We wish him well in the future, but he simply is wanting money for nothing.  James [redacted] President of Price Electric Inc.
