This letter is being written in response to a complaint with the assigned ID: [redacted] , which we were notified of through your organizationThank you for bringing our attention to this matter.Our company has a one-year warranty policy, which covers manufacturer defects and not wear and tear wear and tear depends on the environment and how the cover is usedThe customer purchased our square patio table cover on April 23", and later contacted us of issues with the coverOn October 7", we resolved the matter and fulfilled our one-warranty policy by sending a new replacement cover free of charge, which is acknowledged in the complaintOur replacement covers also fall under the original one-year warranty therefore they do not come with a separate warranty.We followed our policy in attempting to help resolve the customer's dissatisfaction and honored our one-year warrantyThe customer stated in the complaint that she contacted our company on August 1", and on July 5", 2016, both dates which fall outside of the warranty period therefore we apologize that we are unable to offer another replacement or refund.Regards,Sun-Mart Int’l/Formosa Covers

The table cover does not face weather conditions and should not tear or shred like thisVery nice poor quality and bad advertising by the company. Other consumers need to be made aware that this material is of very poor qualityPerhaps the company should re read my complaint and see this cover is not used all the timeA definite waste of money and I will never purchase from them again.This table is in an enclosed porch! The original complaint given by the customer was that our company did not honor a “two year warranty” and her desired settlement was that we honor a “two year warranty" and send a replacement coverLike we explained in our previous letter, our company does not have a two year warranty, we never had one and it does not state anywhere on our products or websites anything about a two year warranty.She purchased the cover on April 23", We sent her a replacement cover when she notified us of the issue on October 7", We honored our one year warranty; we do not have a “two year warranty” therefore, we will not be sending a 2nd replacement cover to her.Regards,Sun-Mart Int'l/Formosa Covers

On October 7", 2014 we resolved the matter and fulfilled our one-warranty policy by sending a new replacement cover free of charge, which is acknowledged in the complaint.
