I took my vehicle to The Transmission Store because it would not come out of second gearThe Transmission Store called that same day and told me my car was readyThe problem was a bad sensor that controlled the gear shift The cost was under I appreciate there honesty and I will continue to use them as my transmission repair shop
This place has outstanding customer service & great prices!! My friends and I were stranded in Nashville, TN my transmission was slipping while driving. Prior to coming to the transmission store another repair shop attempted to "fix" the issue. Apparently I went to the biggest scammer in the car repair business in all of Nashville, TN. The other company charged me for a repair that wasnt even a valid issue with the codes that came up and later I learned they charged me twice the amount a dealership would. I then took my vehcile to the transmisson store and they informed me of the true issue and were very honest & helpful. I almost broke down and started crying because I didnt have the funds for a hotel much less renting a car so they lended us the company vehicle and many of the employees were trying to find the best discount to help us. They went above and beyond, they were such a blessing in a difficult situation. The president of the company even went as far as to offer to help dispute on my behalf of how the other company scammed me. They gave extremely fair prices for the work they did. I cant say enough good about them!! My vehicle was fixed and now is running great!
