lenders! Before we had a chance to work with any lenders for them my salesperson [redacted] was called by them and they asked him if we had any answers, [redacted] then explained to them that we will soon and I'll get back with you shortly and were working on it for you. They called again and asked him how many lenders have we ran them thru and how many are we going to be working with and that they do not want there credit ran a bunch of times. [redacted] explained that we will be working with 3 lenders for them. They misunderstood and thought that we have already send them to those lenders and they were not happy about that! They then proceeded to tell [redacted] that we know how this works and we know dealerships will run credit with lenders many times and that [redacted] has worked in lending and knows the game! We tried then to nicely explain to them that we have not proceeded far at all with your application, I myself told [redacted] to let them know that I have not did anything and [redacted] said great because they are upset and telling me we want to look at another vehicle somewhere else. I also told [redacted] let them know I have stopped the process now and to assure them it's stopped and no damage has been done at all. That was not good enough for them and [redacted] explained to me that they are still upset and just will not except the fact that I'm telling them we have not ran your credit with any lenders at all. They kept telling him that you just told me you ran me to 3 lenders and [redacted] kept trying to explain to them that we were going to be working with 3 lenders and that we have not proceeded yet. He tried nicely to explain to them again but they did not believe him! " lucky we did not go further" !!!! I immediately stopped the process as I knew they were not going to be happy no matter what and was very fortunate I had not done anything! Later I received a phone call from [redacted] and she was very NICE and I listened to her and explained to her that I was aware of what happened and told her were sorry about the misunderstanding and I apologized to her about any of [redacted]'s wrong doing and I explained to her again that I did not go further with her application and that I had stopped the process and again that I never send her to any banks. She said [redacted] already told me you send me to 3 lenders, again I explained to her he was trying to tell you we would be working with 3 lenders for you and I'm sure there was a misunderstanding about what he said! I told her again that I can assure you I have not send your information anywhere and only we have ran your credit once the first time and that was it. She started to get mad and said you are all liars and I know how this works, I have worked in finance. I explained to her again that on your credit there will only be one inquiry from us and that's it, again I have not send you to any other banks. She did not want to give up this issue and started to tell me I'm going to complain to Revdex.com and then started to curse and hung up the phone on me! No matter what we say unfortunately it seems as if we'll just go in circles. I just really believe this was all a misunderstanding when [redacted] told them the 3 lender part of the conversation and things went bad from there. I have tried and will do so again to apologize for all of this. A true apology from Myself , [redacted] and the dealership to [redacted] and her husband, I am very sorry for any wrong saying from either one of us. If [redacted] said anything wrong again I am sorry and if I said anything wrong again I am sorry personally. I hope they will except my apology. As human beings we can only say sorry for these issues and that we all make mistakes and sometimes there will always be miscommunication and misunderstanding. Please except our apology!
