Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I don't recall signing an agreement of the fuel surcharge in or sinceAnd they have had an across the board price increase and least onceI also was being charge a higher sale price than my nearby NAPA storesAnd we have a delivery service to our customers in which we have up to delivery trucks going up to hrs a day and we don't charge for deliveriesAnd our prices offer very little room for margins as it is controlled by NAPA headquartersI don't feel sympathy for Forney and don't feel they are taking advantage of customersI deal with dozens of suppliers from in Mnand other states as well as online and don't see this behaviorEven your sales reps have said the disagree with the chargeYour rep told me when he introduced and signed me up for online ordering that it was free shippingI specifically asked him about the extra fee the next time he was here and he said it was wrong ang would check on it.I had another supplier that would stop in and sell chemicalsThe original saleman would charge a $delivery charge and give more than enough free product to cover itHe retired and the replacement charged the $and no free productI asked several other business' in town who buy from them if they got the chargeAll of them never even looked at the bill before and didn't know they where getting charge the delivery feeMany where either a business or city department which wanted the bills split up among different departmentsEven though it was all delivered to one spot in one box they were charge a delivery charge for each department, up to sixSince I notified others of this the company has gone though different reps and I and others sell minimal of the product and has been moved to back of roomI am closing out the productForney sells to many others in townI will let them know of the fees also as again many purchasers don't see the invoices and no idea of the extra fees they are being charged for Regards, [redacted]
