I purchased an oven from Forno Classico about three years ago. within the 1st year I started to have problems with this oven to the point that I no longer can use this oven and have to have it replaced. Initially it started with the crack in the flute of the oven. I contacted forno Classico and they said this is only a cosmetic problem and not to worry about it. I contacted my contractor and had it reinforced. Within a few months a Piece of cement internally came off while I was cooking. Again I contacted Forno Classico and they told me that this can happen from time to time and it's only cosmetic. Within a year I start to see cracks on the outside of it in bricks from the front started to dislodge. I contacted them again spoke to Giuseppe and this time he said that I can have somebody fix it and he will reimburse me for it. I mentioned that I don't want to have this fixed at this point and I would like to have it replaced. We came to an agreement for replacement oven in April of 2016. I mentioned that now that we are replacing perhaps we can get a bigger one and I will pay the difference. We came to an agreement on the price and he said he should have it completed in about two months. Moving ahead to August of 2016 and my repeated contacts with them about when I should get my new oven. I was told to stop contacting them and that I will be contacted when its ready and I was also told that there are customers who ordered before me and that they don't have a timetable for me. At this point I was really frustrated with them and expressed to them that this is absolutely unacceptable and you need to let me know when I should expect the new oven. The manager Patricia finally emailed me in September alerting me that my oven should be ready by November. I emailed the company back and told them that I am no longer interested in their product and that I have contacted another company to make me a new oven. I hope to warn anyone who is interested in having a pizza oven made by Forno Classico to avoid them at all possible. Please read the other Revdex.com complaint from someone who had the same issues as I had. This was definitely a horrendous and expensive encounter and don't wish this on anyone. do your research because there are much better companies out there that stand by their product and have a reputation to follow.

Review: I purchased a forno classico Piccolo Grande 80 pizza oven (black tile) and had it delivered August 2014. Upon the early winter (before any snow) I noticed the tile had started to separate in random spots all over the pizza oven. I had paid with shipping around $5500. I had contacted the owner and he said it had never happened before and would look into how he could fix it since he 100% guaranteed his work. I told him to do his research and sent him pics and nothing could be done until the spring, but once spring was here we would have to fix this problem, it was barely 4 months old. Fast forward 3 weeks ago around the middle of march I contacted him ready to fix the problem and see what he had come up with. He did not respond back and after another email a week a half later was told he was at a trade show and would get back to me(also explained he would find someone to look at it). Again another week and a half had gone by and after pretty upset email from me demanding a response his wife P[redacted] had contacted me. That brings me to the current situation. Basically nothing has been resolved and they don't have a solution. She has contacted many different people but unfortunately I live in Massachusettes, the ovens origin in California. Although it seems to be a small job no one she contacted will look at it. It seems like a small job but if you look at the Piccolo Grande 80, having black tile that falls off is white underneath, having spots of white everywhere is not only not easy to fix but VERY noticeable and embarrassing. She asks me to be patient but has no solution and is not willing to talk about if it can't be fixed. She also is almost blaming me for not being understanding that this has not happened before and not willing to wait for a solution, which they don't seem to have one. When I asked what if there is none, would I get a refund she explained that is my fault for not willing to find a solution? There is not enough words to explain. I won't stop until this is resolveDesired Settlement: I would like the pizza oven fixed, but its been almost 5 months and plenty of time to come up with a solution, how much more time do they need. Summer and pizza time is upon us and if there is none what is their solution?...Im extremely mad that this could go on for months of them saying we don't know what to do? If they do not find a solution what is the guarantee? How long should one have to wait until you refund it it and apologize?
