There is a good reason Forplay Catalog is not Revdex.com accredited. . Everything about this place is a scam from the website, the customer service, the nearly a month a shipping time and the lack of empathy from the manager, Lillian. They will lose a lot of business for their bad practice and I will continue to post on social media and on other outlets to save other customers from being disappointed. What a let down. I ordered a costume on the 15th (I assumed was plenty of time for Halloween even if they couldn't process until the 17th) but when I checked on delivery, they said it was scheduled to deliver on the 28th but could be the 26th. Where does ground shipping take this long? I shop online daily as I travel often and don't have time to shop local. It has never taken this long to receive an item. In lieu of this issue and me having to buy a completely new Halloween costume that will actually arrive via ground shipping on the 24th even after being ordered 5 days later, the manager, LILLIAN, said all I could get was a store credit. Please. I'm not even going to get the item in time to do anything with it. I talked with a few friends who have ordered from them in the past and they told me what they assume Forplay is doing. They will take forever to ship (even regular items) and give issues with returns so that you can only get store credit. This is to guarantee your money is spent there and are unable to return any items even if you are dissatisfied. Poor business. I've heard nothing but complaints about this business. I will NEVER order from this place again. and I hope this review saves you from ruining a holiday, a birthday or whatever other occasion you order from this site for.

Worst customer service ever. Today is January 12, I placed my order on December 15 and my items are still not here yet. When I called this morning I was placed on hold, hung up on, and transferred to an answering machine. Additionally right after submitting this order my credit card was subject to fraud.
