The customer emailed pictures on at 6:19pm, we have filed a claim with the vendor and we waiting on approval We are emailing the vendor again to follow up on the claim status

We spoke to the customer and were able to come to an amicable resolution The damage the customer was referring to was weather related damages, which is not covered under the manufacturer warranty. In the interest of good customer service we are giving the customer full credit of
$toward reselecting a new gazebo. We will pick up the damaged gazebo when the new one is delivered

We called the customer this morning and advised the customer that we are replacing all cushions this Saturday That should resolve the matter

We have only offered year financing and have never offered any other financing promotion since we opened The year financing offer is advertised in our stores and in our catalogs We have attached a copy of the customers signed credit card receipt, which stated months The
customer was also mailed monthly statements which would list the end date of the promotion We are unable to offer any help in this matter, the customer can contact Wells Fargo Financial and see if they can offer anything.We are sorry for the situation but are unable to change the credit terms of the sale

We asked the customer to send us a copy of the *** ad, which they did There was a typo on the ad, it should have stated "select outdoor furniture sets" Since this verbiage was omiitted from the ad, we honored the promotion and gave the cusotmer 25% off the purchase price of the
outdoor coverThe refund was processed on 9/**/

The customer emailed pictures on 5/**/17 at 6:19pm, we have filed a claim with the vendor and we waiting on approval.  We are emailing the vendor again to follow up on the claim status.

The customer was overcharged due to a salesperson error (key entry error), when we asked the store they spoke to [redacted] and she said her husband would callback.  Apparently [redacted] was never able to speak to the store, [redacted] stated that he called many times. Due to the delay in...

processing the refund we are giving the customer an additional $100 back for the inconvenience.  We have processed a $600 refund to the [redacted] card ending in [redacted] and apologize for the delays the customer experienced.  This is not the typical customer experience and we will take corrective action to make sure others do not have a similar experience.  The refund receipt is attached.

We spoke to the customer yesterday and advised we would have a reply from the vendor by early next week.  The vendor has just approved the the replacement this morning and we are calling to schedule the replacement of the chaise today.
