5/26/I received a bill in the mail regarding account 1277149; patient Chandler Wamt $The date of injury 12/9/The injured (Chandler) had dislocated finger from playing basketball at schoolAll insurance documents for Chandler (Arkansas Medicaid) and school insurance papers were provided to Forrest City Medical Center office managerI did not hear anything else until a month agoWhen I contacted 1-888-693-in April I spoke to a female who stated the school insurance was billed but had not paidI then informed the female that was not my fault6/2/I phoned 1-888-693-I spoke to SydneySydney read the notes and stated the insurance company for the school was contacted but was unreachableI informed Sydney that was not my faultI am not responsible for this billI provided the necessary documentsSydney then stated he was going to send it to collectionI again told himThey should contact the schoolI do not know how to get that info; It was a long time agoWhy didn't they contact me last year when the school had not paidSydney response was the bill has not aged at that time? I am not responsible for the billAll documents have been providedI am requesting Forrest City Medical to stopping billing me for this account plus this account should not be sent to collection when all information has been provided to collect the debt in a timely manner Thanks Ordrean T
5/26/16 I received a bill in the mail regarding account 1277149; patient Chandler W. amt $882.66. The date of injury 12/9/2014. The injured (Chandler) had dislocated finger from playing basketball at school. All insurance documents for Chandler (Arkansas Medicaid) and school insurance papers were provided to Forrest City Medical Center office manager. I did not hear anything else until a month ago. When I contacted 1-888-693-4206 in April 2016. I spoke to a female who stated the school insurance was billed but had not paid. I then informed the female that was not my fault. 6/2/16 I phoned 1-888-693-4206. I spoke to Sydney. Sydney read the notes and stated the insurance company for the school was contacted but was unreachable. I informed Sydney that was not my fault. I am not responsible for this bill. I provided the necessary documents. Sydney then stated he was going to send it to collection. I again told him. They should contact the school. I do not know how to get that info; It was a long time ago. Why didn't they contact me last year when the school had not paid. Sydney response was the bill has not aged at that time? I am not responsible for the bill. All documents have been provided. I am requesting Forrest City Medical to stopping billing me for this account plus this account should not be sent to collection when all information has been provided to collect the debt in a timely manner.
