Collection of service fees and then not supplying service. Don't answer phone. No business at address on contract or in phone book or contract. Signed a contract for generator service. Every year you pay up front and they come and service. Paid in Dec., 2014 for 2015 service. Generator didn't work when we needed it. Called and received no answer. Went to business address and it wasn't found. Found out there were other customers that had same situation. Don't know who they are, but they went to the same business we are now using. Never received notice of going out of business or any communication. Felt our contract was still in good standing.Desired SettlementRefund - Paid $275 to have a service in 2015. However, generator not operational and we had no one to service the unit. Had to find new company. It has been posted on the company's Facebook page since August about the closure, and who to contact. Another company was attempting to honor the contracts where services were missed. Some customers have been notified by letter, and the ones who have not been are in the process of having letters sent out. Some customers have already been transitioned over to replacement company, most likely not the one you are using. Again, company closed due to taxes and IRS closure, so there is no way to honor and missing service work through Forrest. We apologize, and wish you good luck through your new servicing company.
