Review: I was sold a vehicle with a invalid serial number and Forrest and Parker were unable to produce the title. I contacted them on several occasion via phone and in person, without resolution. At present they continue to avoid my calls and visits.Desired Settlement: At this point a refund in the form of cash would be acceptable, as they were paid in cash.
