I received a phone call from Forskolin telling me that I had been chosen to receive a free day trail of this wonderful diet new pillIt would only cost me $for shippingThe woman on the phone had a terrible foreign accent that was hard to understand, but I finally got what she was telling me and I asked her if I would be charged another $automatically if I did not call to cancel the product and she said no I would notI told her in that case I would try the productShe said all I had to do was tell them how I liked the product However, after I gave her my credit card information fro shipping charges, she told me that I had to make a call to the company within days or I would be charged the full price for the product ($89) and it would automatically come to me each month and that my card would be chargedThis was exactly what I asked her about before I was told that yes it was going to happen, when I had previously been told no that it would not be the case At that point I told her that I did not want the product and they should not dare to charge my credit card for the shipping and to not send me the product to try Then, sure enough, I later got an email from them telling me my card had been charged for shipping and I would be receiving the product in a few daysI was very angry, but I decided I would call and cancel the order when it came and that would be the end of a bad experience, but it was NOT the end of the problem at all When I received the product a few days later, I called immediately to cancel any further shipmentsI was then told that I had been sent a day supply and I had to return the balance of the unused product or I would be charged the full price for itSo now, not only was I charged $for a product I did not want, I had to pay shipping to send it back to them!!!! I feel I should have the money I paid for both shipping charges returned to meFirst their charge of $to come to me and then the $I had to pay to return the product to themI think this is fraudulent and misleading information and advertising on their part and should be illegal what they did to coerce me into accepting the product in the first place, with blatant disregard for me when I told them during the initial call not to send me the product that they sent anyway, not to charge my credit card, which was done anyway, and for not telling me exactly what was going to happen with charges to my card and about return shipping of unused product until after I agreed to accept the "FREE" day trialNOTHING about this incident was "FREE"

I received a phone call from Forskolin telling me that I had been chosen to receive a free 14 day trail of this wonderful diet new pill. It would only cost me $5.99 for shipping. The woman on the phone had a terrible foreign accent that was hard to understand, but I finally got what she was telling me and I asked her if I would be charged another $90 automatically if I did not call to cancel the product and she said no I would not. I told her in that case I would try the product. She said all I had to do was tell them how I liked the product.
However, after I gave her my credit card information fro shipping charges, she told me that I had to make a call to the company within 14 days or I would be charged the full price for the product ($89) and it would automatically come to me each month and that my card would be charged. I feel I should have the money I paid for both shipping charges returned to me. First their charge of $5.99 to come to me and then the $5.99 I had to pay to return the product to them. Unfortunately, the company does not cover the return shipping cost, which is all disclosed in the terms and conditions. We have gone and refunded the original shipping fee, which is a total of $9.94. She will see this credit back into her bank account within 7-10 business days. Also, her account has been deactivated since 3/30/2016 and refunded for the charge of $89.16 since 4/15/2016. We hope she is satisfied with the credit and want to apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
