Review: I have a payment arrangement established with this firm for an old credit obligation. Payments are due on the last day of the month, and are scheduled to be deducted electronically from my bank account. The representative assigned to my account, [redacted], called me on ** Aug 13, to ask me for payment due on ** Aug 13- I told him I was unavailable (being I was on vacation) and would call the office being that payment was scheduled for the next day- not the [redacted]. During the week of * Sep 13 he called incessantly- often as early as 8:20 a.m. in the morning! On my very first day back at work, he could not reach me and had the audacity to call my office! I informed him that he was out of line, and should never contact me at my place of employment, ever. He told me he would note the records as such, and I terminated the call. On ** Sep 13, I received a letter from Forster & Garbus addressed to me at my place of employment and I am livid! It is disgusting enough that he is unprofessional, curt, and rude, but how dare he do such a thing? To date, I have never missed a payment, or had a payment returned as insufficient or for any other reason anc cannot fathom why this representative would continue to create an unpleasant and hostile manner by his unwelcome verbal conduct. Kindly accept my complaint against [redacted] and Forster & Garbus LLP.Desired Settlement: I want a written apology from [redacted] and Forster & Garbus LLP.

We are in receipt of the complaint in reference to the above account. The account was referred to this office by our client on January **, 2011. The complainant has made payments to the account totaling $750.00 and has one remaining payment due in the amount of $149.61. That payment is entered Into our system and will post to her account on September **, 2013. At that time, the account will be satisfied and reported to our client as such.

In the complaint, [redacted] states that [redacted] was "unprofessional, curt and rude". After listening to the phone calls that took place between [redacted] and [redacted] on August **, 2013 and September **, 2013, we deny these allegations. On August **, 2013, [redacted] called [redacted] at her home number in order to set up payments with her to resolve the balance due. During this conversation, [redacted] said that she would call us back in order to do this, At no time during this conversation was [redacted] "unprofessional, curt or rude". When [redacted] did not hear back from [redacted], and after attempting to reach her at her home phone, [redacted] called her place of employment on September *, 2013. During that call, [redacted] advised [redacted] not to call her at her place of employment and she terminated the call. At that time, [redacted] updated the account to reflect her request for no phone calls to her place of employment. On September *, 2013, [redacted] called the office and spoke with another representative from our office, and provided the payment information in order to pay her remaining balance due.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

Review: I have already paid off a debt for Sears with this "company" The full debt amount was around $3200 and they agreed to a settlement, via my lawyer, to $1500. That has been paid off. Yesterday, I received a notice of Income Execution for the SAME EXACT AMOUNT FOR SEARS!! This is UNEHTICAL. Forster & Garbus has NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS against them for their unethical practices!!Desired Settlement: Stop this Income Execution IMMEDIATELY and DO NOT CONTACT ME EVER AGAIN!! Contact THROUGH MY LAWYER ONLY!!!!!!
