time we spoke to him was approximately months ago when he told us he was having siding Issues, At that point we issued the service to are service man, I know he told me that he was in the area doing another job when he decided to go to Mr ***'s home to fix the sidingHe did tell me after the service that no one was home at the time he did climb the fence, After he told me that I told him that is not a good idea that he should have waited and came back another timeI do apologize for that, If there was any damage to the fence we will be more than happy to take care of that, As far as Mr *** Trying to contact me several times over the last month or two, I'm am always in my office or Mr Wife *** ( Who Mr *** has spoken to several times) is in Here M-F 8:to , Neither one of us received a call from Mr ***,

This is my response to Mr*** ***'s email reply to the issues we have been having with his company Steele and LoeberThank you in advance
With regards to each concern with my garage being addressed, I had to follow up every time with Steele and Loeber because of their poor customer serviceThis was very frustrating and I should not have had to call repeatedly to see when their garage crew was going to arriveWhile it is true that each problem was addressed, since items are still an issue (i.elike the garage siding continuing to fall), they needed to be re-addressed multiple times and were technically not fixedMr*** had to come out and personally check the structure of the roof build and had his "carpenter" redo itWhen their technician originally came out to assess the repair he asked me and I quote "did a Hispanic gentleman come out and do this job??" I stated yes and he replied that Steele and Loeber was supposed to have someone supervising him because of his sub-par work on previous jobsAs for the service man, I don't understand why he would just come by, even if he is in the area, when I had scheduled an appointment for that coming Saturday, March 21stHe called and did NOT LEAVE A VOICE MAIL OR GET APPROVAL to do workThe line of poor professional practice and judgment was crossed when both service men chose to illegally trespass onto my property, throwing all of their equipment over a 6-foot fence and jumping overThis is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional!
One concern I have with Steele and Loeber is that they did not call my wife or me to apologize for their builders' behavior, regardless if I ever placed a callHowever, I did leave a voice mail that same day around 5:pm stating the circumstances that occurredFor Mr*** to state that he does apologize means very little since this is the first time I am receiving his indirect apology on behalf of Steele and LoeberI've called on two occasions with regards to this problem and they failed to call me back to address the issue of trespassing on my propertyI have phone records showing I made the calls and I also left a voice mail with Steele and Loeber and did not receive a return call within hours as their voice mail promisesAs a homeowner and a consumer I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND Steele and Loeber to anyone

We want this issue resolved as we have no desire to continue any relationship with Steele and Loeber, and we will continue to advise anyone we know to never contract their services
Steele and Loeber will come after work during the week (when I am home) or on a Saturday to fix the siding as we will not be home during the day to let them in and they will NOT trespass to complete the project
We will call them to set up this appointment after we return from vacation
Please note that this complaint is regarding how we have been treated as customers, as contractually they are already obligated to repair any issue related to this build

When I met with [redacted] I told him I would have my Door installer contact to make arrangements to come over and put a larger rubber on the bottom of his small garage door and caulk around the...
bottom of the door stops, what [redacted] and I spoke about the concrete and I told him that this is very common when the forms are pulled off the concrete that some of the concrete from the sides of the floor stick to the forms and that is what causes this, It happens on 100% of all floors, He was fine at the time of this explanation, We our still planning on replacing the rubber on the bottom of his door, Please keep in mind that is our busy time of the season but again it will be taken care and we will call ahead to schedule,

If Mr ** would **ke to move forward with the construction of his Garage we will be more than [redacted] to proceed, If Mr ** would **ke to cancel he may do so, we will refund his money less the cost of the permit ($350.00) and processing fees of ($500.00) Our contract clearly states that if owner cancels the contract before work has started he or she shall pay 10% of the cash sale price, (Paragraph 10 on the back of contract) So in Mr **'s case that could be $950.00 dollars. Contract price $9500.00
As of now this job is on hold till Mr ** decides what he would **ke to do.
