Review: Approximately for the past 4 months, I have been receiving calls several times a week from this company about refinancing my home.
Presently, I am not interested in refinancing.
They continue to call an harass me. Asking about my mortgage rate and other personal information. I always refuse to give this information.
I have asked them repeatedly to stop calling my number. I have also asked to speak to a supervisor,
and was told many times that the supervisor not available or not around.
I have been told that multi people from the company have my information and uses it to call me, and that's why I receive so many calls.
I was told today that the only thing that I can do is to continue to tell the callers that I am not interested in refinancing.Desired Settlement: Never to have another person from Fort Funding Mortgage Corp. contact me again.
