I have no words to explain the lack of professionalism, care and customer service that this organization providesThis all started with THEM turning off our heat because THEY had the wrong account numberWe were forced to then pay a re-connect fee which again was not our faultEveryone there is rude and will not listen to anyone's legitimate questions regarding their accountGod forbid they might be wrong and not make enough money at this monopoly
