I had a horrible leak underneath the kitchen sink that spread all the way to the guest bedroomThere was water all over the kitchen floor and water coming up underneath the wood floor of the bedroomI called Tim and he came right away found out the leak and the cause of the leak and rectified the problems for meHe even got the wood and the drywall replaced for meNeedless to say I am extremely happy with the service and will be using him again the future if necessary

I called FtLauderdale plumber because I didn't have any hot waterTim, the company owner (a real gentleman), came within minutes of my call, diagnosed the problem and replaced my hot water heaterHe took away the bad unit, left my house spotless and did a great jobI was really impressed with this companyA true professional

Had issues with my hot water heater not working*** came out and replaced a part on it and charged me $dollarsThe water heater was still not fixedCalled him the next day and he came back out and got the water heater started but after he left it went out againAfter verbally speaking to him and a promise that he would return again the following day he failed to show after I waited all day for himI contacted him and he said he was out on a job in boca and I needed to buy another part that would be over I decided to contact another company that came out to look at it and they discovered the pilot light just needed to be cleanedIt has been working perfectly ever sinceI believe *** took advantage of me and if he didn't he shouldn't be in business because he doesn't know what he is doingSimple fix

I have had Fort Lauderdale Plumber do work at my home multiple times They are extremely professional and courteous, reliable (they were on time for each service call) and very reasonably priced I'm not easily impressed by south florida contractors but Fort Lauderdale Plumber definitely earned the stars The job was always done as promised and I will definitely call them again when I need assistance
