I contacted the Law office of Rebecca Eritano in April of with a request to have some legal property documents corrected into mine and my sisters names due to a death in the family We found her office as the property is located in the city she is located We paid her a retainer of $2,in which she mailed us a receipt She has yet to do what we hired her to do We continue to email and phone her to resolve the issue The majority of the time she does not respond to emails or answer the phone We have called and emailed her no less than times On November 22nd I emailed her to say I would give her two weeks to get our request processed or we would want our $2,back One week later I called her office and spoke with a receptionist who said she had the file on her desk with a note that it needed to be filed within that two weeks It is now December 14th and the issue has not been taken care of and she is not answering her phones or returning our messages
