August 15, 2014Dear [redacted];I am writing in response to the concerns shared with us regarding [redacted]'s healthcare experience. Fort Lincoln Family Medical Center and [redacted] Hospital strive to provide all patients with the best medical treatment available in an atmosphere of caring, compassionate and responsive service.Please know that patient's feedback was shared with the appropriate Directors and Administrators. Appropriate communication, professionalism, compassion, and patient safety are all high priorities at Fort Lincoln Family Medical Center and [redacted] Hospital. Please be assured that leadership has addressed the concerns. Again, we regret that all of [redacted]'s expectations were not met. In keeping with the mission, we are committed to providing all patients with excellent compassionate care to all our patients with equal measures of dignity and respect. (#[redacted]), I, [redacted], would like Fort Lincoln Medical center to talk with its employees about customer service, not putting a person on hold (phone) who cannot hold. I have been put on hold by Fort Lincoln regardless of whether I was able to hold or not. I would like those who answer...

the phone at the hospital to know the number of minutes a person should be left on hold before the representative tells the customer why he or she is still being placed on hold. I would like the company to send its employees to customer service classes. I would like Fort Lincoln to monitor randomly its employees calls so that the company can address some of its issues before it gets to the Revdex.com etc. I would like for my phone calls to Fort Lincoln and [redacted] hospital returned in a timely manner, not a week or two later. In some cases, I have not received a call back from [redacted] hospital. I also want [redacted] hospital to do the same. [redacted] hospital works closely with Fort Lincoln. Its customer service has problems to. I have left several messages and no one has ever returned any of my calls. I mentioned [redacted] hospital because the hospital was also in one of my complaints to the Revdex.com.

Review: I, [redacted], am writing a complaint against Fort Lincoln Medical Center. I have experienced bad customer service many times from them when I called. They always put me on hold whether or not I am able to be on hold. I have called the center in left messages for Dr. B[redacted] to call me as well as the nurse manager to call me, however, I have not received a call back from either one of them. I have no way of knowing whether or not they received my message because the representative for Fort Lincoln (Keisha) and others continue to put me on hold. I have also called [redacted] hospital to complain, but they did not help me either, and put me on hold. I am fed up with the bad customer service and unprofessionalism that I have experienced from Fort Lincoln Medical Center. I am going to find me another doctor's office. My telephone number where I can be reached is [redacted] before 2:00 pm.Desired Settlement: I am fed up with Fort Lincoln Medical Center. I am through talking.
