I was in Grande Prairie when Edmonton happened to get the coldest day of the year which caused issues with my truck. I called [redacted] to let him know what was happening and told him that I had lined up another company that could still move him that day or had a [redacted] lined up. I was having problems getting hold of my workers but did get hold of one just after talking to [redacted]. [redacted] didn't seem to want to go with the company I lined up and did not answer when I tried to call him back. Fort Moving has always had integrity with our customers and I likely would have discussed the possibility of some compensation had [redacted] called me to discuss as opposed to getting the Revdex.com complaint first. Communication is an amazing concept.

I will start with him calling me. That did NOT happen. I called him and left a message as he did not answer. I texted him right after the call and only after the text did he return the call. As for his employee that he contacted, he did give me a call. He did not have a truck or equipment to make the move. He suggested I rent a truck and that he would help me for a fee. As for the owner setting up another company to move me that day? If I were the business owner, I would have called my customer to let the know of the situation at hand. I would have the other company knocking on his door or calling him to notify him\her of the situation at hand. What he did was, here's their phone # and I hope that it works for you. As for him calling me back after he gave me the other company's number, that didn't happen. I believe that he has NO understanding of customer service or the word integrity.
