I am rejecting this response because: To require me to pay a balance that was DISCHARGED in a bankruptcy is against the law When a bankruptcy has been discharged, then any balance included in that bankruptcy is not owed And your insistence that it
would have to paid at any time AFTER discharge clearly violates the Federal bankruptcy statute I would strongly suggest that you speak with someone in your legal department If your bank doesn't have a legal department, it would be to you advantage that you speak with a lawyer that is knowledgeable in bankruptcy law since your response clearly is in violation to the law

Fort Sills National Bank would not help me with a Fradulent claim on my checking account.I have banked with Fort Sills National bank for the past 7 years. For the past year or so I have tried to get the branch to help me take a fradulant creditor off my checking account. Student loans processing has been taking $39.00 out of my account from December 2013 until now, I sought help from them to refund my money or in the least to let me get another account without losing my checking account priveleges such as over draft protection. I really need this as by the end of the month, usually I have very limited funds.Desired SettlementI wish to get all of the funds back from Student Loan Processing. US and the fees I was charged for not having enough funds due to this Creditor that I repeatedly tried to get them to help me with as in removing them from my account. It's almost like they were working together in scammimg me.

I opted out of over draft protection. So that I would not have fee for money I dont have. So to still charge me a fee theycame up with return item feeThe problem is that on 7/14 a charge from[redacted] was charged to my account. I originally paid that in full with another card. So [redacted] rufunded that $18.34 because the whole[redacted] treansation was canceled. I have proof in my[redacted] records! But the back states that because I didnt have the money in my account I was charged a overdrafted fee &(returned item fee). However they refunded the overdraft fee as I opt out of overdraft protection. If I dont have it yes decline, so I dont incur o\d fees. So I instead ended up with a return item fee which is the same amount of $19.75. Now why am I being charged for an item that was never supposed to be charge to the account or even expected being I only had just over $2 in my account at the time with not O\D protection. It should have never clear to begin. Now [redacted] refunded my $18.34 on 7/16 which somehow on there in shows as -$18.34 when in fact it was a credit back to my account. Maybe because the back had since delinced the charge, it came through as if it was another attempt to collect. but in fact it was a temp to refund the charge of $18.34. But by this happeing the back once agin charged me yet another overdraft fee, which left my account at -$43.19 all over one item (one charge). Yet on my account I have multiple charges for the return item fee ( greedy way to collect o\d fee being I opt out) same amount. I have contacted the Bank location and contacted Over Draft Dept. twice, with no eval, please help. I am on SSI dont have money for greedy banks. Never had these problems with them before.As it stand my account is at -$24.85. When if not for their greedy charges (same reason I left [redacted]) they are now guilty of doing, my balance should be $14.65. I dont understand how I am charged 19.75 for not making the payment. In that case I need to opt in so that atleast my merchandise will be paid for. I got feel as though this is a scam to get $money$ whether you use O\D protection or not. To add why do I have four separate charges for two instance of the same charge. They refund the o\d fee as I dont have o\d protection. And if I have to pay a fee I want a service for this fee. I am still being charge $39.50 in returned item fee for nothing. [redacted] refunded that item so how can I have two charges. This bank refuses to even credit me one $19.75 charge. Only states to go through some long process of getting[redacted] to take the blame, would they correct their made up return item fee. I did not opt out just to get charge for a lesser service. All I want is at least one of those made up charges taken off my account, they refused! This is one item why do I have multiple charges?Desired SettlementAll I would like is for no charges to be charged on my account if I opt out. I dont expect to get scammed into a return item fee of $19.75. If not for this fee my balance would be $14.65. Which being on SSI and only get $15 in food stamps I can't afford to give away money in return for no services (return item fee). And now instead of getting something to eat with that $14 I now owe $24.85 unacceptable! Can I please get my account as it should be at $14.85? If not can I atleaset get one of those return fee of $19.75 refunded being that it should only be one but I am being charged two?Business Response We have received your complaint that was filed with the Revdex.com concerning transactions and fees posing to your account. When the account was opened, you received a Deposit Account Information booklet that contains our disclosures and fees. The returned item fee is assessed for each item that overdraws the account and we return the item for insufficient funds. On 7/14/2014 an item from [redacted] was presented for payment in the amount of $18.34 which made your account negative. The item was returned and your account was charged the return item fee on 7/15/2014. On 7/21/2014 another item for $18.34 was presented for payment from [redacted]. This brought your account balance negative again. The item was returned and your account was charged the return item fee on 7/22/2014. At this time we do not show a credit from [redacted] on your account with FSNB. If items are presented for payment and those items overdraw your account those items can be returned and a return item fee will be assessed to your account for each item. At this time we will refund 1 fee of $19.75 as a customer courtesy. If you have any further questions please contact us at 1-800-[redacted].
