I think it was around Dec 3rd I had my car a Toyota Celica towed by their wrecker service to Chapman Enterprise The clerk said they would check it out and let me know how much it would cost to repair the car before they worked on it I called quite often maybe every days and the same thing they did not know what was wrong with itI told them if it was going to cost alot to let me know before they fixed itThey said sometimes its better to get a used motor and put in itI though it was just a belt broken or water pump gone bad and locked up The car never got hot at all and very little water came out of the motorI was told it should not cost too much to fix itI told them if the motor was bad I would either sell the car or get a used motor for it I was called around Dec 17, said the car was ready and I needed to pay for it over the phone before I picked up the carI told them I wanted to see the car and he said I had to pay then if I wanted my carI paid for the car $1,over the phoneI was so upsetI drove the car for a couple of days and noticed water leakeing from the radiator I asked them about it and he said they only worked on the motor not of the radiator it would cost more if they worked on it I ordered a new radiator on the internet and had someone else put it inI guess a few weeks went buy and the oil leaked really badThey said the Gasket where the water pump or something was put on was leaking they said they fixed itNow the oil is leaking they say from the main not where they fixed it
You do not put a new head on an old motor it will make it fall apartThey should as they said they would give me options to get a used motor or a new motor for the carThey were suppose to check it out as I am disabled and can't check it myselfBefore the motor stopped working I never leaked water or oil ever I feel they took advantage of me and did a bad job for me as they never told me how much it would cost to fix it and what was wrong with the car until I paid for itI complained to them verbably and they act like it was funny the did this too meThey then said I only have a day and at the shop they said they stand behind and guarantee their work and they don't
I was never given any options for repairs as they said and had to pay for my car before I was to see it I am very unhappy that my car was not fixed as they said and they gave me a receipt that makes no sense at allAnyone knows you dont put $ dollars in a car worth $ that makes no senseThey did not check it out and did not take the best coarse of action for repairs on this carIt should have gotten a used motor or a new motor not a repaired head that is just ridiclious to do that for a car with that many miles on itThey would not give me in writing what is wrong with my car now or when they fixed the first oil leak
