I bought a set of Frogg Toggs waders with liners at Ft Thompsons in October The wrong half of the zipper was sewed into the heavy weight linerI didn't check this but did test the waders before duck season with the light weight liner that came already zipped into the wader shellI fished in them and put a hole in themKnowing this would not be covered in the warranty I bought a patch kit and fixed them Then December came around and I needed the heavy weight liner for Duck Hunting so I tried to install itThat is when I figured out the wrong half of the zipper was sewed inI called Fort Thompsons and spoke with Jay, at least that's what he said his name wasHe told me to bring them in so he could look at themThis was on Friday and I wouldn't be able to come in until Monday when I was back in town So I took my waders, the original box, and the receipt and went to the store The ladies up front said that nobody named Jay worked thereI said okay well I need to talk to someone about these wadersThey called Ken to the front who basically told me I signed the warranty and since I had worn them there was nothing they could doI told Ken the wrong half of the zipper was sewed in from the factory making this a clear manufactures defectKen then called a kid up working in the Wader section who did his best to make it work but couldn'tThis kid and I went and compared my liner to a new set and reported back to Ken that this was a manufacturer problemKen even admitted that it was a manufacturer defect but he wouldn't do anything about it because I patched a hole in them I fixed myself Ken didn't offer to replace the liner, call the manufacturer, or anything else that would have helped my problemSpending dollars on a pair of waders that cannot be used for the specific purpose they are intended is unacceptable by anyone's standard I called Frogg Toggs myself and they are sending me new liners Kevin P
