Review: ok I paid the man twice for work that was done each time he completed the job I paid him on the spot

$5000.00 to be the exact price

he told me to call him in the spring of 2014 march so he could come back and seal the driveway and garage that was inclued in the price

so come spring I called him butch fortvalley paving told him there was cracks along the edge of the driveway and down the middle of driveway in spots where he did the asphalt work he said he would be out in a couple of weeks to check it out and then seal it all/ well I be darn no call back no show still nothing done I called him again in april he said he was on a job when he got done he could come out and seal driveway and garage would call me a couple days ahead so I could have things in garage out of his way/ well darn here we go again nothing / so I call again in may / im still on a big job will let you know ok

so weeks go by again / I call leave a message he doesnt call me back

well here we are not almost the end of june first of july call again no answer / call him back again few days later he says I will let you know when I will be out finishing up a job now should be there in a week or 2 ok

well here we go again nothing call again in the end of july no answer leave a message no call back / so I wait a few more days call again I get lucky he answers the phone finally / you calling about the sealing of your driveway and things yes butch / like to get it done you know august is here now ok / ill let you know in a few days / ok here we go again nothing so sept I call again nothing leave another message does not call me back / I just do not get it you have been paid why not do your job like you said from the get go / still today he has not been here to check the crack or breaks on the edge of driveway in spots /hell I had to even remove my french doors the way he sloped the asphalt water ran in the doors told him ask him to slope away from garage door and french doors did neither / oh well we in september now still no butch called again a couple of weeks in october told him you said call you in the spring I did call you in the summer calling you now in the fall and you still have not sealed this driveway / heck couple more weeks we will have snow who knows so would you call me butch/ fortvalley paving let me know are you going to finish this job seal driveway and garage that you was paid for or do I need to get someone else in here to straighten up your mess and get this job done /heck I know it s proably too late to seal now had a friend of mind who works for asphalt company said not let him do now if end of october not warm enough I dont know but enough is enough its been 3 weeks now and he hasnt return my call from the begining of october so I have no other choice here but to file this complaint hope you can help me / at this point I want $3000.00 of my money back and I will get someone else to come in here and fix his mess they might even have to grind up some the asphalt to get the right slope on it now I dont know but enough is enought lie after lie and no call backs I have had it // I want my money back some of it/ hope you can help clear this up and we both can go out ways thankyouDesired Settlement: I would like to have at least $3000.00 cash back or a cashiers check in the sum of $3000.00
