I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS! I'm all for using small businesses, especially local ones, but this guy was just unbelievableIF you use them DO NOT complete the payment until you are sure things are correctWe had a pool resurfaced/re-tiled and a new pump put inWe completed payment when we thought it was done but should have waited until the pool was full and runningVarious problems occurred for which we contacted the business aboutThe guy took NO RESPONSIBILITY in his workOur side yard was flooding due to the pump installation (bad leak) but the guy took forever to come fix it (after multiple calls)He even suggested that I would have to pay to have it fixed (he actually said I could save some money if I dug up the leak, for which I refused to accept)I know things happen but when a customer has paid and their are problems caused by the work they should get reasonable attentionEverything to this guy was what was good for his schedule (Destin on Tuesdays) regardless of what the situation was After trying to talk to the guy numerous times about the new filter system, and now flow issues, not working correctly he just wanted to blame us, blame someone elseFortunately no major costs, but we had to spend over $with another Pool service to get the filtration system working correctly (visible improvements in water circulation and quality)We were also going to use them as a pool service but they quickly proved that was not a good idea (telling us they came when we were home and knew they didn't, blaming dirty pool on us on for our lack of cleaning pool, now that's funny)The resurfacing/re-tiling was contracted out, but I paid FWB Commercial Pools so I expected them to bathat work as well. The tile guys cemented both floating skimmer doors open (thank goodness they were not closed)Not that big of a deal but after paying for new tile work, and seeing skimmer trash float back into the pool every time the pump turned off, I wanted it fixedIt was so obvious what had happened, you could see the tile adhesive/cement on the skimmer doorsAfter talking with him multiple times (and being ignored, recall I had paid him already) about this he simply would not do anything about this even though he said he wouldAfter 3-months of being stood up and ignored he finally said the skimmer door issue was not caused by the new tile and he was not responsibleI mean this guy was unbelievableYou could just look at it, touch it, and you could see the problem (and they worked before they did work), Finally, my wife and I got into the pool one Saturday and slowly chipped the tile cement off the skimmer doors and got them workingIt didn't kill me spending a couple hours on my weekend doing this, but I really shouldn't of had toIt even took this guy 3-months to give us left over tile that we paid for (they did not completely tile the skimmers and we wanted them tiled, and we bought enough tile for this)Bottom line is think twice before using this businessI WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ITThere are other pool services out thereI lost time, money and had lots of frustrations and really did try to work with this guy
