I have contacted Mr [redacted] ***, he did receive the service contract refund from the bank He is happy and will come in for service when needed Thank you, Joe [redacted]

My complaint issued on july has been resolved satisfactorily They received your notification and the general manager contacted meHe took back the car and gave me a full refund exchange for a different carThank you for your help

My finance Director, Juan P [redacted] , has spoken with Mrand Mrs [redacted] and have come to a resolution We are refunding the service contract and giving them a check for $for sales tax and taking care of the anti-theft window etching

We have spoken with the custom and offered him $cash back I explained that if were to add the to the loan it would increase his payment and he would be paying for the over the course of the loan I feel giving him cash is a fair offer I have not heard back from the customer since we made that offer

Sorry I must have missed the first notice, I have spoken with *** and satisfied his complaint

The quote on the phone was around for the repair. We don't include tow service in the repair cost. The customer usually set up the tow service on their own especially if the vehicle is out of warranty. The bill came out to $1292.including the tow bill of $and taxes of
leaving the actual cost of the repair at 1126. We then discounted the cost by $to make our customer feel better, so cost of the repair came down to $plus $taxes which is under the repair cost we quoted by $including tax and the tow bill of $110. We feel by dropping the price $which just about cover the cost of the tow, we did our part in taking care of the customer. All parts are subject to taxes

The original salesman did call me on March 23 to offer me the $500. After much back-and-forth, I finally stated that I would take the $500 if they would finance the other $415.60 so that I could be paying 3.1% on that money in a finance agreement rather than letting it sit on my credit card any longer at 16%. The salesman said that he would talk to his manager about that offer and get back to me. I have been waiting for that follow-up for 17 days. At this point I will take just the $500 just to wash my hands of this hassle. This has been an awful experience, and I do not plan to buy a car this way ever again.

We have spoken with the custom and offered him $500 cash back.  I explained that if were to add the 915 to the loan it would increase his payment and he would be paying for the 915 over the course of the loan.  I feel giving him 500 cash is a fair offer.  I have not heard back from...

I am rejecting this response because: I am not happy as Joe [redacted] says. They are basically charging me 900 dollars ( which I have already paid ) for approximately 3 oil changes in the next 3 years. They wernt even going to rotate the tires for me. I only drive less than 7500 miles per yr. They said they wouldnt give me the $900 back. I am 83 yrs old living on soc ial security.
