Prior to contacting you, I conducted an internet search that revealed *** *** as the *** of Better Home Improvement (BHI)Attached you will find a letter dated September 23, 2014, that I sent to *** ***At the time that I wrote the attached letter I did not know that *** *** was the same person whom was introduced to my wife, and I as a *** *** with BHIPer *** ***’s last correspondence with you, I surmise that the *** *** and *** *** is one in the same
I unknowingly wrote a letter to *** *** about himselfApparently, *** *** was the person who was aggressive towards my wife, and IHe was extremely boisterous and aggressive towards us; he appeared to become angry because we did not agree with his suggested repairMy wife felt the need to tell *** not to put his hands on her, and at that point I told them to leave my residence
The only thing that I have done wrong, was selecting Better Home Improvement to build my room additionThey sang a different song prior to my signing of the contract with themThis certainly does not seem to be the same caring company that I signed a contract withI find it utterly amazing that my wife, and I are having to endure all of this in efforts of getting what we paid for
(1) I abided by the contract
(2) I remained as cordial as possible, considering that *** was about to put his hands on my wife without provocation
(3) Better Home Improvement is attempting to “muddy the waters.” The issue of the matter is that the room that they built is unusableAnyone who comes to look at the room will see that the room is unsafe, unusable, and cannot be utilized for the intended purposeI would have never thought that Better Home Improvement would have wanted to be known for substandard work, and horrible business practice
(4) I am willing to be interviewed by any television station, or any advocate that is willing to interview me; they can come and see this room for themselves
(5) I have done everything that I know possible to try and avoid civil courtAny additional assistance that you can provide will be greatly appreciated

I am rejecting this response because:On September 20, 2014, Mr*** arrived at my residence with a person whom he introduced as a *** *** (I believe that person was *** ***)The *** *** became upset when my wife and I did not agree to his suggested repair optionHe yelled at my wife and I several times, and told us, “take me to court, they’ll just make us fix it.” While at my residence on September 20, 2014, the *** *** encroached my space, yelled and pointed his hand at my faceI told him that he was in my home, and that he needed to act civil and lower his voiceHe repeated those actions twice more, and I asked him to leave my home. As he and Mr*** *** were leaving the *** *** lowered his voice and asked to continue talks about the sunroom. I allowed them to return to the sunroom. Once inside the sunroom, the *** *** encroached my wife’s space and yelled at her. My wife asked him to lower his voice in our home. He came closer to my wife, and then reached out to put his hands on her while he was yelling at herAt that point I didn’t have anything further to discuss with him & I told him to get out. Mr*** *** was there, saw the entire incident, but never said a word. *** ** ***

On Tuesday February 10th I had [redacted] repair the vinyl siding. He replaced the piece with a new one. That afternoon about 4:30 I visited with Ms. [redacted] and showed her where the repair had been done. She was happy with the repair. At this point she showed me 6 other areas that were in need of...

repair. I have contacted our best siding installer and I have him scheduled to repair the remaining areas next week. Thank you, [redacted]

[redacted] was interrupted and being talked over when solutions to the customers concerns were being addressed.  The customer asked us to leave, then as we were leaving asked us to come back in.  We came back in and again [redacted] was interrupted and being talked over when solutions to the customers concerns were being addressed.  When the customer threatened physical violence we left.This has been turned over our attorney [redacted].  We will keep you posted.Thank you,[redacted]
