Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: Unfortunately, Forte's response is inaccurate To begin the ENTIRE job was completed by a day laborer and NOT by the father or son.Forte was recommended through mutual family friends They sold themselves on their "years experience", but could not produce any design options once the project began We were constantly told "trust me, I have been doing these for forty years" - Big mistake! Lack of quality work caused things to be changed along the way Forte forgot to mention we PAID for those changes We were never happy with the work and were in constant communication to "fix" things along the way We were told they would return to fix multiple items after the job was completed I was then told the weather was getting too cold to call back April [redacted] of the following year I did just that and was told each week "I will be there next to fix everything I want to make you happy." Needless to say, Forte had NO intentions on fixing anything. We finally had enough "waiting" (after months) and I called to discuss a refund Profanities were delivered by the father and he then proceeded to hathe phone In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

Review: We had new pavers placed in our yard. The quality of the work was substandard. When we requested the patio/walkway to be fixed, we were told "next week, next week" for a year. We were told that changes would be made to our satisfaction based on the poor quality of the masonry and cuts. In addition, the pavers were laid by a single day laborer; not the contractor.Desired Settlement: Refund for the poor quality of work done.
