Review: On August 8 2013 I was emailed informing me of a violation. I was told in the email to respond with my intent to "not do it again". When I tried to do this my emails were returned to me with "FAILURE" notices.

I was finally able to get a reply email out without getting a failure to deliver notice and yet they claim I did not respond to them. Since then I have attempted to contact them through their support forums with no results.Desired Settlement: I want my posting privileges re-enabled or a complete refund.

Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this claim. Forte Internet Software/Services provides premium Usenet services available through the Internet. When one subscribes to our service they consent to abide by our Terms of Service, available for viewing at http://forteinc.com/apn/terms.php.

The customer is correct that we contacted him on 08-Aug-2013, informing him that he was in violation of our terms of service. This notification specified that if he did not respond affirming that he would not repeat the violation then we would remove his posting privileges.

After waiting several days without a response, on 13-Aug-2013 we sent him a notice that his posting privileges had been suspended. The notification also emphasized that if he were to respond we would then consider reinstating his privileges.

Later in the day of 13-Aug-2013 we received an acknowledgement from the customer that he would comply with our Terms of Service. His reply also informed us that he had tried to respond but his email bounced. This was the first we had heard this.

Taking the customer at his word, on the morning of 14-Aug-2013 we restored the customer's posting privileges and sent him a note confirming this.

Since this time we have been in communication with this customer regarding his satisfaction with the service and our willingness to refund his payment of $14.75. He has responded that he is pleased with the service and does not wish to terminate his account,
