February 19,2016In reference to complaint #*** dated 02-07-2016.Superbowl SundayWe were advertising three different specials Play 12, and When the customer ordered he did not mention that he wanted the Pay special, he only ordered steak sandwichesWe don't take it upon ourselves to
assume he wanted the special which included fries with the steaksWhen he came in to pihis food he did not say anythingWhen an order is large we always give a complimentary two liter bottle of soda, which he received for buying seven steaksAfter he left the store he then called and wanted to know why nobody told him about the specialsWe told him that they were advertised specials that is received upon request.He called on 02-08-and he spoke with the ownerThe owner explained to him that you must ask for the special when orderingThe owner also told him he would give him a $credit to keep him happyWe asked him to respond on *** and Revdex.com complaint that he was satisfied and the misunderstanding was resolved, but he has not done so yet.There is a copy of the advertised specials enclosed
