Fortis Capital Lending

I am writing this response to the formal complaint received by the San Diego Revdex.com that originated from a prospective borrower, *** ***.Fortis Capital Lending has gone through a material change in its ownership during the past months. As such, the majority of previous employees
including the Loan Officer assigned to Ms***'s loan departed back in June. It appears that the Loan Officer did not notify the borrower of his departure. Fortis attempted to contact each borrower to inform them of the departure of Loan Officers to determine their desire to proceed with Fortis. It appears that Ms*** may have not been contacted. That said, once we were made aware of this complaint, we reached out to Ms*** to inform her of the recent changes and inquired as to her interest in continuing to pursue her refinance with Fortis as referenced in her complaint. We received confirmation from Ms*** today, August 2, 2017, that she would like to proceed with her refinance with Fortis. Fortis has assigned a new Loan Officer, Rolando Reyes, who will be contacting Ms*** on August 9, between the hours of 1:00-5:00pm PST pursuant to her phone conversation with Nancy Wood, Chief Operations Manager, this morning. At this point, I feel that Fortis and Ms*** have worked out a solution to her complaint and re moving forward together with her loan refinance.
