I was told I was pre-approved for dentistry work loan for my teeth, so I got very happy to get the my teeth in good shape so I don't die from the infectionsFilled out all the necessary paperwork and BAM all of a sudden not approved anymorenow I have a hard inquiry on my credit report and it [redacted] me off that they straight up liednever do business with this company

I called the automated payment service When I completed all the information, I got an automated response stating the payment couldn't be processed and I was hung up on So I called back and tried again, well the payment went through But, so did the first payment I called right away to cancel a payment and the business doesn't open until 10am When I finally got ahold of someone they canceled the payment and hung up I called back to make sure the payment was canceled and asked how long it would take to get my money back I was told it would take business days and I had to call back the next day I called back like they told me to and first the customer service representative hung up on me because she had a bad connection Once again I called back to be told it would take 7-business days How in the matter of under hours did it change from to 7-business days I guess I won't be paying some other bills because they tell you the payment wasn't processed but they take the money anyway This company is horrible and I don't recommend it to anyone

I received an offer from Fortiva in the mail, and it sounded like a decent offer so I appliedThey approved my loan, but as I was reading through the loan agreement I noticed some things that did not sound rightFor example, the agreement says that when you make a payment they may apply the payment 'any way they choose', and you 'may not tell them' how to apply a paymentThis means that you may not make an additional principal-only payment to pay your loan off quicker, as they might just credit it to the interest you owe Also, by signing the agreement you give them the right to debit your bank account for payment any time they choose These are only a couple of examples, but there are other things about this agreement that are not exactly standard practice I WALKED AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, AND YOU PROBABLY SHOULD TOO!!

I have a loan that I have been trying to rectify with fortiva for years nowAll they do is give me the run aroundServices were never receivedI keep calling and writing lettersI have spoken to body cosmetica who sends me back to fortiva and they say there is nothing they can doAnd mysteriously I get disconnectedMy attorney will be contacting themI am fed upI have been paying interest and making payments for the last years to not effect my creditI am VERY DISSAPPOINTEDMy attorney already has the info as of todaySTAY AWAY FROM THEM

This company has the worst customer service ever I had a loan for $with them The services that were provided did not pan out so I was issued a refund The company sent the refund back to Fortiva which is understandable After a couple of weeks I logged into my account and saw the negative balance or the refund amount Figured it was processing and I'd get my refund in my account in a few days A week later I logged in and the balance was still sitting in the account I called customer service They informed me that if there is a negative balance, they will not send a refund out unless the person calls This is a horrible practice, on top of that, they told me I had to send in a letter to get my refund I asked to speak to a supervisor..the supervisor finally told me I would get a check in 7-days They don't offer an option to directly deposit into your account, they are very quick to withdraw from your account but will not refund to your account My account was refunded on 4/25...low and behold on 5/3, Fortivia did a hard pull on my credit I called back in and inquired about this...no one had an answer and a "form" had to be filled out and maybe in a month it will be removed I had to beg for someone to give me a call back with information regarding my issue This is HORRIBLE customer service, they should be right on top of this stuff given all the identity theft going on BUYER BE WARE!!!!

Last Payment received sent by me was November because of an ugly separationMarc *** a collections representative stated that he did not have the exact date the account was closed but that they close accounts days from last payment On October 1st it was charged off to a collection agency *** who has a number on the web that is not in service XXXXXXXXXXHowever, Fortiva continues to report as of October late payments on my accountThis is incorrect and I have called and disputed, and have disputed through the credit agencies as well, when I disputed they continued to add inaccurate information I have never heard from *** by mail or otherwise I have also on multiple occasions called Fortiva, since they keep reporting me late, to make payment arrangements, however they do not and tell me it has to be paid in full I have and will continue to dispute At this point I will also be contacting an attorney to resolve this matter

this so called business is a joke approved for loan, was told it would be deposited within business days, it wasn't, contacted them times in one day and was re-assured it was sent to the bank, contacted my bank, no outstanding or pending transactions, contacted them again, oops, it hasn't been sent, but no worries it will be taken care of, contacted them again, it should be sent next week I think they are scamming people so that your payment will be due before you ever receive the loan
most incompetent place I have ever dealt with in my entire lifeas of this writing still no deposit and it has been a week

I received an mail offer from Fortiva Personal Loans that I decided I would take advantage of to consolidate some credit card debt The letter stated that it was a pre-approved offer but subject to verification that I still met the criteria but considering it just came in the mail, how could I not right? Well I logged in and completed the form and was declined! Really not happy because not only am I baffled how I could suddenly not be qualified for an offer I just received two days ago and that I now have a hard inquiry on my credit
My suggestion would be if anyone gets an offer in the mail from this company, think twice

This company sent us to collections, and we had not even missed a month! We called the installer of the solar blanket, Mountain Energy Systems, and they immediately said they would not remove it, even though we said we were not happy with their productThen, Fortiva sent us to collections, and is giving us nasty calls - and we still are not a month behind in any payment! Not good business!

This company has the "worst" customer service of any company that I have dealt with in the past years I have been trying for weeks now to set up my account so that I can start paying on it, and all I get is the run around Spent first week being told that I had no account, then once it was realized I was given an account number, low and behold, once I tried to set up the account, it had yet another account number tied to it with no purchases on it Now have been emailing customer service to get the account numbers straightened out, no luck I called again and the CSR on the other end was saying that he "could not hear me", until he finally hung up This is crazy, and so unprofessional I am so sorry that I ever had any dealings with this company Next call will be to a lawyer

Took a loan out to purchase a sofa, had everything pan out to have my account paid off within months to AVOID the arp I NEVER received my final statment so when I called there telling me I owe more then what is due This company is *** I knew this would happen for my final payment This place needs to be shut down if they cant keep there wordsAfter reviewing other complaints, its pretty much all the same Ive been making payments iver to avoid this So where did all that extra money go to?

I'm not impressed with this companyI received a letter via mail informing me that I was pre-approved for a personal loanI submitted a request for the loan on their website and received an email a few days later letting me know that the loan was approved and that I should sign some documents on their site to complete the processI went back to the site and tried multiple times to create an accountI kept getting a message that the information I submitted didn't match their records so I sent them an email requesting assistanceThere was no response; after a day or so I sent another emailStill no responseSent a third email and finally got a curt response saying if I needed help to call ( I prefer email because I'm hard of hearing so have trouble hearing over the phone)I admit I didn't call but tried again and this time was finally able to set up my accountWhen I logged in I noticed that they had set me up with a credit line instead of the personal loan I had requestedI then sent them an email about 2-days ago asking how I could access this (I told them I needed the loan to move)As of today there still hasnt been a response
I wish I had thought to check the reviews on this company before applyingThe lack of communication is very unprofessional and to just give someone credit when they request a loan without any reason being provided is discouraging, to say the least

I took a loan 3 months ago from Fortiva to cover dentist costs, I have tried once a week to set up my account online at their website. The website tells me I am not in the system. I have sent countless emails to them that have NEVER been responded to. I have tried to set up automatic payments over the phone with a customer service representative and after about 20 minutes they told me my best option was to set up my account online. I am very unhappy with this company and as soon as I have this payed off I will never use them again.

I called customer service at 1-800-901-5687 to question my balance. The reason behind my inquiry was that after my monthly payment, the balance that was showing on my account was not accurate. the representative that I got his name was Antonio, and he kept giving me an answer that didn't make any sense, when I tried to ask for further clarification and asked him to do the math, he just decided to hang up on me. Throughout the conversation he sounded inexperienced and immature.
I called back and asked to speak to a supervisor, I got someone her name was Diserei, she was helpful and answered my questions.

Absolutely awful. Don't fall for it. Their interest rates are evil and greedy. You WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO PAY IT OFF. I have made payments of 200, 250 and 200 and my balance has only gone down 20$ ! They are a LOAN SHARK and unfortunately our country protects this sm. They are a joke. There is not a single positive review, and thats for a reason. Please, go to an actual bank.

I am a new customer with this company but I have had no issues with poor service at all. I wanted to purchase something that was $1200, and my card for that company only had $1000 credit line so I needed another source of credit. I applied to Fortiva as an alternative option. The entire process went smoothly. After a quick online
application I was given a $2000 credit limit, AND not only that, but I was also given the advantage that if I paid off the loan within 6 months, there would be no interest charges. Some days later I got a random call saying they were a Fortiva rep and welcomed me to the services. I was suspect since I get so many random calls from scammers, so the next day I phoned Fortiva, who said yes, we do that to welcome new customers. Customer Service was so nice about it all. I think this company is great and would recommend to anyone.

I have spoken to body cosmetica who sends me back to fortiva and they say there is nothing they can do. And mysteriously I get disconnected. My attorney will be contacting them. I am fed up. I have been paying interest and making payments for the last 3 years to not effect my credit... I am VERY DISSAPPOINTED. My attorney already has the info as of today. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.
