I was put in contact with Superior Towing through USAA Roadside Assistance A representative from Superior contacted me at on April and I told him I had just picked up rental vehicle and would have to drive 25-minutes to my disabled vehicle in Alexandria, VA He told me it would take his tow truck minutes to arrive and they would meet me on location to tow my vehicle It took me minutes to arrive on scene with the vehicle as I arrived at I waited for the tow truck until with no call from Superior Towing so I called back to the dispatcher myself I told the dispatcher I had been here on time and I was still waiting even though I was told it would be minutes for the truck to arrive and he began to yell at me by telling me it was my fault the tow truck is not there because I was not with the vehicle when I called and that he sent his towing truck to another location and I would just have to wait I promptly hung up the phone and called back USAA to tell them the situation The USAA rep (Sarah) told me she had also contacted them and had been treating very rudely over the phone and did not feel comfortable sending this company out to tow my vehicle As I got off the phone I received a text from Superior Towing at telling me quote, "My truck is not coming Good luck with that tow, now you will wait even longer, SUCKER! All of this was unprovoked and forced me to contact another towing services while my vehicle was impeding traffic on a busy street
