This is the most current response we've received from the Manufacturer As you can see, they want us to work with the unwilling dealer and they are not working with us The dealer is obviously not working with us

I wanted to state that Mr [redacted] knew that we couldn’t secure financing for him Within days of him purchasing the vehicleThere after we asked Mr [redacted] to bring the vehicle back and he insisted on itWe called him many times and he finally he said where the vehicle was in Auburn WashingtonWe also did inform him that there will be fees involved if he doesn’t bring our vehicle backBy the way Mr [redacted] insisted for many days on the where bouts of our vehicleThere after we had to get our Repo guy on itOur Repo guy had many discussion with him and finally he told us where the vehicle was locatedWe had to transport the vehicle back to Stockton CaliforniaOur fees our over $dollarsAgain we did our best to resolve the issue it the best manner possibleWe take pride in taking caring of our guest’sKind regards, ***

I am rejecting this response because: Once again the response was way after days , I was upfront about my intentions work situation etcThey continue to not take responsibility for their mistakeI never received a letter or phone call, and somehow they could not return calls to me right after talking with them for days after I was told a manager would call me right backI still have the contract, they were running scared because they knew they were responsibleThey are being totally dishonest

I am rejecting this response because: Less than days of having the vehicle there were multiple issues which I immediately contacted the dealer aboutEach time I went down there I was left waiting for a manger for hours and when I called I would be sent to voice mail or told to leave a message with the receptionist In total the dealer has only called me times, two of which was from the finance departmentMy main issue here is that the vehicle was given to me defective and was NOT financed when I brought it their attentionI have asked for proof of September recall on the car being fixed since February being the Audi dealer has no record it being repairedThey ignored my calls and put off fixing it until the financing went throughI not only called but wrote multiple letters to themAfter a month of getting the run around about fixing the car I was fed up and drop the vehicle to them with a copy of letter/pictures of issues I had sent in the mail that same dayRandy the service manger called me days later to talk about fixing it at which time I informed him I had waited over a month to get this car fixed which means my children and I were inhaling carbon monoxide for weeksNot to include the fact that the back seat belt had been broken from day one, this deems it unsafeI dropped it off not to be fixed but to return it to themHe said he would talk with manger for he was unaware of letter or why it took so long to get back to me to service the vehicleI never heard back from him or any manger for that matterI called Manger Moe March twice to find out status of buy back and he too claimed he was unaware of the letter dropped off with vehicleHe said he would get back to me but again I never heard back which lead me contacting Revdex.com and sending another letter to them this time certified and requiring a signatureThis company has done nothing but ignore my requests to service the vehicle for a month and now after its been sitting on their lot for weeks they want to me come get it? I do not trust them nor will I be picking up this vehicleI have requested since February 16, for them to do a buy back but yet and still they ignore me

We have been fully compliant and have been trying to get in contact with this guest multiple timesThe recall was completed before the sale and we have agreed to correct all concerns brought to our attentionI am confused by this guest, we have literally called her multiple times. We
never denied her service or an explanation

Please, cancell complaint, issue has been resolved

We have done our due diligence in attempting to resolve this claim. We have involved all parties responsible and we have not found just cause in determining the claimed damage to this vehicle. We have purchased this vehicle from HMA, and they stated no previous damage. We pulled records of previous repair orders prior to the sale of this vehicle and have not found evidence of the damage claimed by the consumer. We are happy to help but are unable to justify a buyback claim.Tell us why here...

We had to transport the vehicle back to Stockton California. Our fees our over $1000.00 dollars. Again we did our best to resolve the issue it the best manner possible. After further Review of Mr. [redacted] file & speaking to our Corp we have decided to fully Refund Mr. [redacted] for the full amount of $1000.00  . Above attachment will provide all documents you have requested Mr. Guerrero. Please inform Mr. [redacted].
