The customer initially hired us to do a custom rifle build for him? We completed and delivered the project, and he was so ecstatic with the work that he even asked us to paint two custom [redacted] cups to match the gunWe delivered those cups to him as promised (though he has not paid us for them)He wanted his and his wife’s names on them for a gender reveal party, that he also sought our help in finding a location forWe went above and beyond even finding a place with a company friendOur attempts at contacting the customer and his wife to schedule went unansweredThe customer now has complained that the rifle was not built to his specifications and that he was charged more than any other customer? The ejection port had been improperly opened up with a rotary tool by the previous gunsmith friend, which we advised we would have to correctNow that he cannot fit a dust cover on the rifleHe requested that the rifle and and pistol he brought to us have our company logo on them to match, along with the painted [redacted] cupsNow he is upset that the logo isn’t the correct sizeWe reiterated that the original magazines would not work for this build and offered a manufacturer t that wouldThen we painted all the magazines to match the rifleMonths later the customer is angry that our standard price of $per magazine is way too expensive even though it is listed in our official company pricelistHe’s accused us of overcharging him for a very labor intensive service that all customers receive the same pricing onHe also claimed that the original magazines do work with the gun, while also stating he’s held the gun without firing it since receiving it in December in case there were any issues? The customer also engaged us to build him a custom pistol using parts he provided (which we generally do not do)? The original drop off did not contain all the parts necessary to building the gun, so we had several weeks of scheduled drop-offs with small batches of partsThe parts had been worked on by another gunsmith and there were? serious issues with the barrel installation and the fit of internal components? We attempted to contact the customer to notify him that, due to the? additional problems we found with his parts, additional parts and labor would be required? We ordered a replacement barrel to keep the workflow up on the project, but we needed to confirm final machining for the finish work on the pistol slide.? We attempted to contact the customer for several months, and his wife advised us he was out of townWe never received a reply Incidentally, due to the varying? availability of parts, it is our policy to never promise a deadline for our gunsmithing workWe will only advise a customer of an approximate timeframe based on our current backlogWe never agreed to any deadline with the customer whatsoever? The average build time for a custom pistol in our facility is 9-monthsThe work on his pistol exceeded the original discussed timeline so because of? undiscovered issues with the parts he provided as well as his failure to reply to our contact requests in a timely matter When the customer finally made contact with us, he was extremely agitated that the project was not finished? We attempted to? explain that we could not safely finish the project using the parts he provided? We have since made multiple offers to the client to complete the work he wanted, even at a discounted price? He continually refuses the offers and demands that we give him additional accommodations, and has frequently threatened to post damaging reviews on social media and file complaints with the Revdex.com (both of which he has done)Based on his unreasonable approach to settling this matter, we have decided to simply return his parts to him so that he can seek services elsewhere

This coma has one nothing but lie, attempt to deceive, and conduct poor business practicesUnder no cuircumstncses had I agreed to any claims made by fortress armsThey are attempting to make it appear as though I agreed to stop the projectsThe reality is they as a company and Jeremiah *** refuse to take responsibility for failures and mistakes.

The Customer was sent a copy of the final receipt via email on 4/12/and advised there was a balance dueIt explains that he understands the firearm was not completed and that no safety checks had been performedWe require this for ATF manufacturing recordsHe was aware for two weeks in advance what the language of the form signed and the amount owed and did not dispute itThere was no deceiving as the advance emailed copy exactly matches what was physically signed in our lobbyWhen the transaction should have been over, the customer decided he no longer wanted us to have a copy of the signed receipt so he attempted to alter itOne of our employees grabbed it and the customer reached over the counter to take it from the employee, tearing it in the process.? ? The customer then began shouting and was warned police would be called if he did not leaveAll performed services have been paid for and all items returned to customerHe is no longer welcome on the premises
