Mr [redacted] called back in August looking for help with repairing his credit He was initially spoken to by [redacted] in sales and was belligerent and refused to listen / have a conversation He would call back and have moments of no PTSD and be civil until he didn’t want to agree with something he heard Then he would get assertive, yell, argue and be rude to staff He was then transferred to Hardy, at which time was told that we probably couldn’t help him / not a good fit for credit repair since he only wanted 1-accounts worked on out of many things he had going on Mr [redacted] then left a voicemail for myself while I was out of town that if our staff “didn’t take him on as a client, he would sue Fortress for discrimination against a Vet with PTSD” Since my wife & I were traveling, he some how managed to become a client.Fast forward into his first month - he was calling & leaving notes about what accounts he did NOT want worked on (which was about half of what we had found) As you can see from his credit report and initial review, this Weisfield account page is a charge off with multiple late payments, defiantly NOT a good accountHe currently owes Fortress $1,for the accounts he did authorize to work on that we were successful at removingOn 10/he closed his bank account and started leaving threatening voicemailsHe has since opted out of text messages, cancelled his Smart Credit monitoring account in an attempt to us seeing what else we removed and marked us as spam.Due to the threatening phone calls, emails and text messages including stating he would come to the office and pay us a visit we would never forget and the fact he closed his bank account and refuses to pay us, we have cancelled his account and marked him as a charge offSince 10/15/he has Called in to office x after being early canceledHe called 40+ x from audit time while client, left numerous notes that were always answered. He called x from requesting audit to signing agreement / hiringCalled & threatened [redacted] that “if we didn’t let him hire us, he was going to sue us then for discrimination against a PTSD Vet”The last time we spoke to Brain we spent over an hour on the phone were he consistently argued and yelled at my wife - [redacted] on or about October - with her explaining the above information and answering the below note (2nd time), he again became belligerent and was told by Customer Service (Mr [redacted] ***) to only correspond through his portal - no more phone calls. At this point, he started blowing up the notes with multiple complaints per day that we continually responded to with the exact same answers to his questions I have attached a screenshot showing he closed his bank account and I have attached his original credit report that shows the Weisfiled is a Charge-off accountI would happily refund Brian for credit correction, but he has never paid us anything for credit correction, but in fact still has an outstanding invoice of $1,At this time we have closed his account, charged-off the debt and created a Please let me know if you would like copies of the emails, text messages and phone recordings of Mr [redacted] yelling, threatening and cursing at my staff

Mr. [redacted] called back in August looking for help with repairing his credit.  He was initially spoken to by [redacted] in sales and was belligerent and refused to listen / have a conversation.  He would call back and have moments of no PTSD and be civil until he didn’t want to agree with something...

he heard.  Then he would get assertive, yell, argue and be rude to staff.  He was then transferred to Hardy, at which time was told that we probably couldn’t help him / not a good fit for credit repair since he only wanted 1-2 accounts worked on out of many things he had going on.  Mr. [redacted] then left a voicemail for myself while I was out of town that if our staff “didn’t take him on as a client, he would sue Fortress for discrimination against a Vet with PTSD”.  Since my wife & I were traveling, he some how managed to become a client.Fast forward into his first month - he was calling & leaving notes about what accounts he did NOT want worked on (which was about half of what we had found).  As you can see from his credit report and initial review, this Weisfield account page 10 is a charge off with multiple late payments, defiantly NOT a good account. He currently owes Fortress $1,300.00 for the accounts he did authorize to work on that we were successful at removing. On 10/15 he closed his bank account and started leaving threatening voicemails. He has since opted out of text messages, cancelled his Smart Credit monitoring account in an attempt to us seeing what else we removed and marked us as spam.Due to the threatening phone calls, emails and text messages including stating he would come to the office and pay us a visit we would never forget and the fact he closed his bank account and refuses to pay us, we have cancelled his account and marked him as a charge off. Since 10/15/17 he has Called in to office 30 x after being early canceledHe called 40+ x from audit time while client, left numerous notes that were always answered. He called 23 x from requesting audit to signing agreement / hiringCalled & threatened [redacted] that “if we didn’t let him hire us, he was going to sue us then for discrimination against a PTSD Vet”. The last time we spoke to Brain we spent over an hour on the phone were he consistently argued and yelled at my wife - [redacted] on or about October 11 - with her explaining the above information and answering the below note (2nd time), he again became belligerent and was told by Customer Service (Mr. [redacted]) to only correspond through his portal - no more phone calls. At this point, he started blowing up the notes with multiple complaints per day that we continually responded to with the exact same answers to his questions.  I have attached a screenshot showing he closed his bank account and I have attached his original credit report that shows the Weisfiled is a Charge-off account. I would happily refund Brian for credit correction, but he has never paid us anything for credit correction, but in fact still has an outstanding invoice of $1,300.00. At this time we have closed his account, charged-off the debt and created a 1099.  Please let me know if you would like copies of the emails, text messages and phone recordings of Mr. [redacted] yelling, threatening and cursing at my staff.
