I would not recomend to anyone these guys smh I wish I used another company for my roof can you imagine months after paying for a new roof I began to have leaks called the company and the leak is still present they did even try and attempt fixing all the kept saying is that I have to wait just like everyone else is waiting that was months ago and I have yet to have a member of the company to fix the issue

OLD , HIS WAS REHABBED , AS WITH OLDER ATTACHED PROPERTIES SOME ISSUES HAVE CAME UP, WE INCLUDED PICTURES OF THE ROOF, AND NEXT DOORS ROOF, THE CHIMNEYS ARE OPEN, CAPS ARE NEEDED WE ALSO FOUND WERE THE LEAK IS , THE ROOF ATTACHED HAS BEEN LEFT GO, WE HAVE PROPOSED TO ADDRESS THE PARTY WALL ATTACHED , AND CLEAN UP HIS CEILING , INSIDE WHICH IS A COURTESY TO THE RELATIONSHIP I HAVE TO HIS REALTOR, THIS ALL SEAMS TO BE SATISFACTORY TO ** ***E AND WE ARE IN MOTION TO ADDRESS THIS ISSUE, AS YOU KNOW WE HAVE AN A RATING WITH YOU AS A NON MEMBER AND ALWAYS RESOLVE ANY ISSUES THAT MAY (ONCE A YEAR) COME UPTHANK YOU IN ADVANCE M F*
