Hello I am writing in regards to a complaint I filed towards a lube express business in Chico, CA.  I wish to remove the complaint from their records.  The complaint #11993208 is which I am talking about.  I was in the wrong about the business charging me for the part installed.  I still dont think its right to be replaced but still wish to remove the complaint.  Please remove the complaint to inform me how I may do so.  Thank you,

Customer contacted manager of Lube Express and complained about some noise from her vehicle then stated that low battery level and washer fluid was the result of the noise, which is impossible she then requested a refund for other services performed Review by the manager resulted in the following the washer fluid was topped off ! and battery level was good- 2 cups of distilled water would be way too much for a dry cell as she stated. The items she complained about wouldn't cause a noise anyway This is the first time this vehicle has been to our shop and we take pride in our service which was done correctly.
