Review: Buffet was very dirty. Restrooms had dirty maxi pads on the floor.Floor at buffet area was very dirty. Tables were also dirty! When ask to talk to manager she started yelling at me called me a liar and still charged my family for the buffet and we were only there 15 mins she threated to call the cops on me for complaining! I felt I shouldnt have paid for my daughter and I food cause we didn't eat but one bit of food . My husband walked out and didnt eat his food either. Then manager followed us out to our car yelling at us in the parking lot.I did paid 30.97 for our meal!I would like my money back!Desired Settlement: I would like my money back!

Review: I'm filing this complaint because my girlfriend and I had visited the Fortune Star for the first time. My girlfriend did not enjoy anything and felt the food was disgusting and could not eat anything and I felt the same. We asked to speak to the manager and upon her arrival she did nothing but yell at us for being wasteful and just assuming we were complaining because we did not want to pay. I had asked to speak to someone else and she then said she was the owner and that she was the only one we could speak with. I was willing to pay for one meal but considering my girlfriend hardly ate anything as it made her stomach upset, I felt the least they could do was not charge for one meal. After threatening to call the cops we decided to just pay to avoid the conflict. I've never experienced such horrible customer service in my life.Desired Settlement: I wish to receive the $24.48 we had paid back in full refund and an apology as I've never felt so violated or mistreated in my life.
