We attended the day seminar in Pomona CaOn 3/6/thru 3/8/ My wife and I found the seminar to very informative and enlightening days We also knew going into it there would more opportunities to invest into our financial and real estate eduction We by no means thought we would be able to walk into a turn key house flipping business for $200! The information they provide has value and the systems they have developed has value without a doubt How you choice to use this information is entirely up to the individual The instructor made clear the risk involved with this type business and the extreme highs and lows you may experience in this businessAs I mentioned before my wife nor I had any illusion that we was going to get the secrets of how to be a successful real estate investor for $ Thanks Ry-Guy and Fortune Builders
This issue has been resolvedI was able to speak with the customer and clear up the miscommunication and show her where to locate the tools and the training workshop videos on our website she was promisedThis customer did reach out in August of this year and I emailed her and called her back, but we weren't able to connect on the phone as she was very busy at that timeI should have followed back up after that since we were not able to connectShe was thankful and looks forward to continuing her education with us
The issue has been resolved We let the customer know that all they had to do was call or email our office and we would have processed his refund a lot faster then having to go through this longer more involved process through the Revdex.comWe were not aware the customer was even seeking refund as they never reached out to us via email or phone

My wife and I attended the day FB workshop this past weekend 12/9-12/in StLouis It was the best educational experience I have every been involved in, including my undergrad and graduate degrees The presenter (Lee) was an incredible teacher and the energy and professionalism from the whole staff was unbelievable Unfortunately, the timing was not right at this moment for my wife and I to make the commitment to the Mastery program but it is something that we hope to do in the very near future

As soon as we saw this we reached out to the customer to see where the gap in communication occurredThe customer was dealing with an emergency and wanted to stop the check from being deposited which we were able to doThe customer called our customer service team on Monday morningWe gave the customer a few options because our employee was not sure if the mail had arrived yet into the accounting department since it was Monday morningThe first option we offered the customer was to mail her a refund check that dayDue to her emergency this was not a viable optionSo the other option we offered the customer was to put a stop payment on the checkThe good news was we were able to stop the check from being deposited and we sent the check back to the customer as requestedThe customer was very happy about us reaching out and this situation has been fully resolvedWe also let our other team member [redacted] know that he should have informed our home office about his communication with the customerIf anyone ever has any questions you can reach us directly at [email protected] or by calling us at We will always do our best to resolve the issue in as timely a manner as we can without having to involve the Revdex.com which can lengthen the process
