I recently worked with this company, the Ashley Road location The sales rep ***, and the Office manager, *** displayed exceptional customer service I was approved back in April from the company but didn't desire any vehicles they had at the time *** still worked with me and kept me in the know of anything close to my wants Later in August they had a vehicle on their lot that fit what I was looking for in cost, brand, and payment I came down from Winston Salem to test drive and inspect the vehicle *** was very warm and friendly and encouraged me to take the car, test drive it, and any questions don't hesistate to contact her I came back within weeks to purchase, ran into a small problem at the mechanic shop while having it inspected with someone of my choice *** assured me everything would be fine, and within minutes the Vice President *** called the mechanic shop, took care of the bill/problem with no hesitation and I was on my way I've read multiple reviews and I can only speak for mine I thank ***, ***, ***, and Mr*** for displaying exceptional customer service which is often hard to find in the car buying business these days So if your needs call for a vehicle, Ashley Road would be my choice
